Been lurking again - don't know what gets into me.

Winnie - sorry things aren't good at the moment I can only repeat what everyone's been saying. The suitcase sounds like a plan.

NMM - you've made great progress with the AOY piece.

I've not managed any cross stitch for nearly 3 weeks. Have been knitting and sewing on the machine. Recovered 2 Ikea Poang cushion covers today.

Sorry if I go missing again, give me a nudge as I am probabky in lurkdom again.

Hugs to all that need them, especially Winnie and Chicky (bet you were gutted about the ink).

My word, page 3 was boring! An awful lot of stripes...

(I'm also stitching two other designs as light relief - but I can't show you those as they are going to be presents and I know both the people they're for have been known to pop in here for a quick read :D)

it's looking lovely already. I was never very keen on the AOY range until my Mum gave me one she'd done so I could do the back stitching for her. It was really "effective" when I'd finished it.

    WOW mags_cat

I'm about 2/3 of the way through "nightwing" and my aida has unsitched itself from the frame so gonna have to sort that again tonight - grrrrrrr. will have to do it in tight stitches as three times now have stitched it loosly to the frame fabric and had to re-do it.

    Pinterest

I've noticed that some people post cross stitch charts on their Pinterest boards, which I assume they have scanned from their kits. I thought this wasn't " allowed" for copyright reasons ? How do they prevent others from downloading and using them ?

It is tempting, but I feel sorry for the companies who own the copyright and are losing sales.
