I *knew* you were ignoring it on purpose!! Stop it! And do as you were told!!

    Nope :D:p

Well done Hypno on being good - I have too but it's harder than I thought! I seem to be incapable of making low cal dishes. Also detoxing fully - have got beautiful pulsating spots and blackheads too!! What is going on???

Not been on much as have actually been feeling a little down. For some reason I'm feeling very hormonal at the mo (ie broody!!) and I know I can't do anything about it. A woman at work had her baby today - she was due in March like me (mum and baby both well). I think it's just brought a few feelings to the surface really.

I'm off now - think I might get an early night as william was a living nightmare last night and kept me awake from about 2am til 4am. Grr.

That's good, isn't it? Means you are getting rid of all the impurities or suchlike.

Fully understand this as well. One of the mothers of a child in my class last year was due the same week as the baby I lost and I couldn't even face her when she brought the baby to school each morning. After a week or so she sought me out (hiding in the staffroom!!) and got me to have a look (she knew why I was reluctant) and it did help, but at the time she had her it just made me feel very, very sad. Mind you, I got my positive pregnancy test on the due date of the baby I lost, so that helped too. Not sure how I would have felt otherwise. But I think things like that do bring it all back.

Hope you had a good night sleep and are feeling better this morning.

HI Sea. Really sympathise with you feeling hormonal/broody. Your colleagues' baby must bring back all your feelings and hopes for the baby you lost. It's quite understandable you feel down about it. But remind yourself that you will have a baby when the time is right. Big hugs and make sure to catch up on your sleep.

    Hi

I do feel better today thanks - just for a good nights sleep as well :)
Been at options evening all night so just relaxing after that with CSI but not enjoying this episode that much really. Off to bed soon I think.

Still sticking to the diet! Weigh in tomorrow night :)

    Hi all

Productive day today apart from complete technological break down when trying to get video and power point up and running - looks like I've corrupted my usb pen drive AND have the most ancient school laptop - just about made sure I didn't swear in front of the kids :)

Just weighed myself - lost 6.5lbs this week. A bit shocked really as it's a lot! But I probably won't lose that much next week, if anything so hopefully it'll balance out. not been too good on the exercise front - but will be swimming this weekend so hope that burns some calories!!

Hope everyone is ok - will be watching tonight if I can chuck OH off the xbox. Off to bath the kids now - fun fun! :D

ooh - got nice surprise in post - 2 pigsback vouchers and a cheque from mutual rewards which were both lovely :) Will keep an eye out at boots to see what bargains I can pick up for christmas/birthdays

Well done on losing again hon - have you been on it for 2 weeks now? That's gone fast! Hopefully I'll be ok this weekend - s-i-l is paying for us to go away to Splash landings hotel (alton towers) and I know the food (and drink) cold be a major downfall. I have not gone without for nothing so will try to be good! However, the thought of wearing a swimming costume in public is a little scary!

    6.5 lbs!!!! That is brilliant!!!

I have lost 3lbs, so am pretty happy with that. I think that if I simply cut out chocolate and watch the lure of the canteen at lunchtime, I should do ok. If I lose 2lbs next week, that takes me to 10 stone something rather than 11 stone something, so a psychological boost and a bit of motivation!

Hope you are doing ok today Sea xx
