Thanks
I've a little way to go before I hit the 10s, but at least I'm nearer now than I was this time last week! I had been thinking that I'd been spending more on the 'healthier' food but actually, thinking about it, I've been making a packed lunch every day (and while I'm at it one for OH) so have probably saved money overall or at least balanced it out! The spots are fading (thank goodness!) and while I'm not feeling like I've got loads of energy, I do feel pleased that I've stuck to it.

Hi all
How is everyone? I think I'bve just had another NSD - a good side of the diet means I take packed lunch so don't spend anything!
Thought Sophia had chicken pox this morning but just has 2 rather strange looking blistery spots still. Ah well.
Hope all are well

Hello Sea! I hope Sophia's blisters don't develop into anything major.
I'm fine (but cold, brrrr) and a little freaked out by learning that my DDs have to choose their GCSE options next month. 13 seems a little young to narrow down one's focus - and drop subjects for ever!Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
We just had the yr 9 options evening the night before last at school. A lot of stressed parents! Any particular ideas? How many choices has she got - 4 or 5?

If they are anything like I was, certain subjects would have been dropped long before now and have just been endured so far..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Hiya! Hope you're ok & spots not serious! Have done ok (except for couple of bccies that I was sampling to check they hadnt gone off!!) but resorted to win & G&T as a very stressful day in work. Was feeling very tearful & grumpy plus had to go to the hspital to see if my lump could be removed! its now the size of a grapefruit & has grown 1/2 in 6 month so a worry and I thankfully (feeling tearfull) didnt have to be too assertive but did push as they "lost" me for a full 6 months while the consultants changed and she's agreed to do it ASAP. I can do it as a day patient but it will be sore for a week (no wonder as its huge!!) but great that they'll remove it within the next 2 months! Success! Its just a fatty lump but you can never be too careful can you eh!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

ISOM - sorry to hear you've been worried about it all. My mum had a fatty lymphoma (is that what they're called?) in her arm and had to have it cut out. Where is yours? Great that you that you've now been seen and will have it soon Shocking that they 'lost' you - just outrageous!

Mine is unfortunatly at the base of my spine, now cant sleep on my back as its the size of a grapefruit! Going to be interesting to sit when they remove it lol but at least it will be gone & tested & all on the NHS, even if they did loose me! Living in the Phillipines with no NHS & all to pay for made me appreciate that, even if you do need to nag! Another early night for me, hope youre ok..Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1!
