no sea, 1200 calories a day
not for the whole 2 weeks :rotfl:
I have just walked to the shop to top up DS's phone, so have done my exercise for the day, and I have made my packed lunch ready for tomorrow, so won't be tempted by laziness tomorrow!
Need to get my money's worth for my fee!

Feeling quite nervous!!
Did you end up weighing yourself already Hypno?
I would like to lose 2 stone - don't mind gradually!!
Good luck! I intend to have porridge made with water for breakfast - will need to make sure I'm up early enough to make it!

I weighed myself this morning, just by coincidence, but didn't get into diet mode until I got home from work. I did think about saying "I'll start tomorrow" but then thought that might not happen so thought I would start from dinnertime. So today has been mostly bad and this evening has been good - tomorrow is my first big day! I will be having weetabix for breakfast, have made a chicken salad which I will stuff in a pitta for lunch, and have celery sticks, some grapes and a banana for snacks. Off to investigate the dinner choices for tomorrow evening!
With the online thing, do they send you a tapemeasure? I think we have to measure our various flabby bits!! When I did RC before, the difference was amazing according to the measure!
You can make the porridge tonight, then just heat it through in the morning. It tastes just as good!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Well done girlies! Laughed hypno re the 1200 cals for a week...can you imagine! A grape a day!! I was thinking the same sea but my jeans told me another story this morning! Its only 2 weeks & imagine how fab we'll feel after!! Sipping water here - not as good as a bottle of red but will feel better for it!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Ohh, will be watching this with interest, not that I'm planning on dieting just at the moment (hoping breastfeeding will magically spirit away my excess pounds - not that it did either of the other two times but that could be all the extra food I ate as well!).
I've done RC from the books once or twice and it worked well - for as long as I was motivated that is. My biggest problem is getting bored with diets.0 -
Well I've been good so far, but as I've never counted calories (always been points or some such other thing!) I am unsure of all the calories in foods - so far today I think I've had about 700 cals, which is good - had porridge for bf, tea throughout day with milk, ham salad with a roll for lunch, a yogurt and fruit for snacks, no idea for dinner!!
I need to get some more ideas for food for the family as I'm really not sure - sounds silly eh? I am trying to get inspiration from the RC site, but am finding it quite hard to navigate round.
Hmm

Hello ladies!
If anyone's interested, I have a book called 'The No Diet Diet' that came with the Independent this weekend. I'll gladly post it to anyone that PMs me their address.
How are you doing Sea? Hope things are still good with you and OH. And that the return to school this week wasn't an awful shock.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
Hi all
Not much to report really. Not been very DFW this week - what with the RC online subs being bought.
I caved and had 1.2 cigs tonight but they were so disgusting I don't want another one again! So that's good
Will hopefully be around a bit more in the next few days - been so tired I've been going to bed at 7.30!!
