I could not have changed courses as I can not afford another year at uni. I worked as hard as could on a course I hated and could not really do.
True I am not homeless and I am not bankcrupt, I do need a job.

The position I am in one full of rage and anger at myself for the fact I come this far and now I seem to have nothing to aim for any longer. I am not really fussy over jobs but I just go for jobs I have experience in as there is no point going for jobs I have no experience of.

Life is not too too bad, but it could be brighter I am sure.

If you really wanted to change course you'd have found a way.

Maybe using some of that student loan money you've been lucky enough not to need to spend.

Just stop bl00dy whinging and find something to do, will you?!

I just have to live in hope that this job I had an interview for comes through.

I will shut up as I am just driving everyone and myself crackers at the moment.

I am going to look down that route soon.
***************new thread alert then*********** never have I read such self centred posts in abundance, I have often wondered how you have managed to post so prolifically without your parents knowledge, your insular exsistance would worry me hugely if you were my child, how can 1 person have such esteem issues/career issues/graduate issues/private letter issues and the list goes on...........how are you really in 'real life' with such insecurities I can't see how you can put the required 1 foot in front of another at times. Problems sp you know nothing of real problems! You never never look left or right at any other person. You really are your worst own enemy and if I was your mother/relative I'd be damned ashamed of raising you and all your 'fantasy' obstacles and hurdles. When will this stop? You know the best is being jeopadised on MSE by your drivel. When will you stop this? I for 1 have read enough. ahhhhhhh the relief to know this is my last post to sp. I am free.

I will stop all my worries when I get this job and I see the light again. I will have a job and I will be normal again as I will be mixing with people loads and loads.

well if you don't get this job, lower your targets, go work in Mcd's or something. I can guarantee if you end up signing on that's where they will send you first!

Why soon, why not now? You're banging on about how you're full of rage because you've no job etc etc etbleedingcetera, so why not do something about it, instead of saying "i've thought about it" and "soon" when anyone offers you advice?

People who sit on their backsides whinging get NOWHERE in life, Phil, and don't deserve anything otherwise. The sooner you learn that, the better.

Listen Phil (not that you will) My husband trained in the Army in South Africa to work in fleet transport. (he's british btw) What is he doing now? Well he is working a pig farm shovelling !!!!!! as there is no work for him in fleet management. He will be quitting the job due to (my) health issues soon.

Come weds afternoon unemployed and stuck at home all day.

There must be some voluntary work you can do to keep you busy during the days while looking for paid employment. You can do lots of different things as a volunteer, while probably learning new skills and gaining experience in something new.

No doubt you'll have an excuse as to why you can't do this though...

It won't be taking your time away from anything else, will keep your mind active and you can only learn things from it.
