Hmmm, got an HM planned on 28th, not to sure the stamina will get me round yet! That gives you something good to focus on, I know motivation is the biggest energy drainer there is but keep your eye on the fact it's raining money for charity, that will spur you on. And if you need any support or motivation, just let me know.
Right i'm off, see you at the finish line!

Sending you lots of support and a virtual hug SW. You are putting so much thought and energy into trying to heal the rift in your relationship and you deserve all the happiness in the world. I truly hope everything works out as you hope.

One thing about eating though. I'm assuming that when your wife is working away you are looking after your son? Are you cooking for him/making his breakfast and tea? If so, could you try to sit down with him and eat a little yourself at the same time? It would at least mean you are getting some nourishment and also make things a bit more 'normal' for him. Kids soon pick up on bad vibes and the less he knows about problems in the family at the moment the better I think. Just a thought.

I didn't doubt for a minute that he's being looked after well. How could a kind and caring chap like you do anything other than look after him? What I was getting at was the food situation as you are having trouble eating (and no wonder) and I just thought the pair of you eating together might help make sure you actually consume something yourself. Sorry if I upset you:o , I wasn't doubting your ability to look after him.

Well her second night away and it doesnt get any easier does it.

She text and rang me last night and she is feeling pig sick at what she has done and wishes she could turn the clock back. We have agreed to try, which is where relate comes in but she does and always has found it difficult to open up, she is going to have to now, which I have told her.
Both of us managed to get a bit of sleep 4-5 hours I think and I had a little cereal this morning.

She is back tonight and although I cant wait to see her, I think we are all talked out at the moment! A little bit of space away from the topic tonight maybe the answer.

There was some truth told last night re how angry I still am and cant believe what she has done to me

As to if we will work, I havent got a clue
