They do not payout big claims. I am now getting on for 2 years and waiting for one claim.0 -

@stemcgoo I can see your claims are currently being reviewed by the retailer. Unfortunately we have no control over how long it may take to get a response however we usually advise a 2-4 month timeframe. Please know cashback isnt always guaranteed but our claims team will do everything they can to get these funds recovered for you.
Regarding your claim from Sept 2016, this delay is not something we'd expect from a tracking network and I am really sorry about this. We really want a final resolution for you so we wont give up on the claim or just decline it because we haven't heard back yet. If you email us at mse@topcashback.co.uk we will speak to our claims team to see if we can get any further update for you.

You'll need to add the email first to your account by clicking on account, profile and payment details.
Once you have confirmed this through email and allowed 72 hours you will be able to press on Payout and scroll to the Paypal option at the bottom of the page.

Why are topcashback discriminating against people with poor eyesight by overusing captcha which is basically a data gathering service for google who now own it. some pictures are very poor and to have to use it to log in and then again to use travelsupermarket search is too much.0

I'm not sure why you have pointlessly replied.
This forum is exactly the place to post my point.
I'm not even talking about an audio option and why should I even go through the hassle of using one. I have audio switched off for the web because of the constant blaring out upon visiting sites.
If you cant make meaningful comments on the actual subject of a post then don't comment at all.
As JDPower has advised, the reasonable alternative is to use the audio option.
Not sure what alternatives are technologically viable in the circumstances. Do you actually have a suggestion or just a complaint?0 -

I'm wondering what reasons there might be for so many of my transactions not tracking. I've got AdBlocker but it's disabled on Topcashback - might it still be a problem on the sites I click through to though?
I've clicked through and made 7 transactions since May and only 2 of them have tracked initially.
I've put claims in for 4 of the others so far and one has now paid up and I'm still waiting to hear about the other 3, and I'm waiting til the 7 days are up to put a claim in for the latest one.
I know there are no guarantees of cashback, but with that low tracking rate, I'm thinking it's probably my settings.
Also, is there a way I can test to see if I have a problem? At one point I can remember being told about a pop up blocker might stop tracking but I think I resolved that and don't ever get a warning about that now
