I have done as you have asked and, a month on, the outstanding amount has not been paid.
As I have pointed out previously, there can be no reason for this. The cashback terms must have been met for the lower, incorrect, percentage to already have been paid out. Not to pay the balance is quite simply dishonest.digital0 -

I have never had cashback for any of my IHG bookings.
They all say 0.00.
I would love to know the reason for this.

@koalakoala - These do track at £0 and a further transaction should be added after the stay has been completed. If this doesn't happen you will need to lodge a claim as it would suggest we are not deemed as eligible for the funds.

Can you tell me what has happened to Snap & Save offers?
The website still says 'Exclusive Earn money on your in-store grocery purchases, by snapping a picture of your receipt. Up to £15.00.'
However, this week's total cashback is below £1 and last week's was the same. In addition, the offers are now changed fortnightly, so barely worth the effort of snapping receipts etc.
Its really disappointing, as there used to be great weekly offers with generous cashback.
I hope the good Snap & Save offers will return.0 -

@Bougainvillea - Snap and Save has changed over the years and has gone through many changes. Some of our members liked, others they weren't so keen on.
Recently we had offers themed around a BBQ with really high cashback and this fortnight we've gone around the theme of saving around the essentials.
Snap and Save has always been an additional feature on top of our great online offers and we will continue to look at ways to make your cashback go even further. I am sorry if you are not too keen on the offers at the moment and hope in the future you do see some items you wish to redeem.

Another 11 days and my outstanding cashback still has not been paid.
If I can withdraw the low and incorrect percentage that was made payable, and I have, then there is absolutely no reason for the outstanding percentage not to be made available for payment.
This kind of nonsense does Topcashback's reputation no good.digital0
