    Absolutely no reason to do this, and not happy no way to challenge this as they don't accept Claims. Hate to use the word as a longstanding user, but this one feels like little more than a scam. Easy to offer 10% if they just go on to decline it!

    This doesn't give me much faith to get my cashback for my order on Curry's for my washing machine. Everything else comes through nearly maximum of 2 days...I'm still waiting for the Currys order to go through though it hasn't been 7 days yet....fingers crossed but not looking good.

    @itzmee - Once a claim has been submitted to the retailer by the team it can take an estimated 12-16 weeks for it to be reviewed and responded to. Please allow this time to pass from the submission date and the team will post a message on the claim as soon as they know the outcome.

    @mountain-man - We do appreciate it can be frustrating when a transaction gets declined, but our team will work hard to get the best possible resolution when trying to overturn that decline. The team will also ask you for the specific reference that the retailer's network is asking for so if you have submitted this it should be sent to the retailer for review when the claim is sent. Please allow this process to happen and hopefully the team will be able to update you shortly.

    @bxboards - I have taken a look and you should be able to lodge a claim for this transaction so please get in touch with our team via support ticket so they can help you lodge this.

    Thanks for the reply - I wasn't able to raise a Claim as it was declined around the 60 day mark, but I have been able to do so now.

    The status looks strange to me, and looks like this is being treated as 'missing' cashback rather than 'declined' - is this right?

    Rather confused, activated a giffgaff sim in March but had to put in a claim for the £6 cashback, finally received a message back today saying claim declined by Giffgaff because 'the transaction has already tracked successfully'. What exactly does that mean, no transaction is showing in my account and I've certainly not received the £6

    OK, the errors I reported seem to have cleared - what I was trying to ask is do TCB think it's reasonable for claims to still be 'waiting for retailer' after over 2 years?? All of these were 'Topcashback' exclusives by the way, so you'd think there would be a bit of a hotline between TCB and the retailer, no?
