@wishuponastar – I do appreciate that the time you have had to allow is much longer than we would normally hope and I am really sorry. However, at this point there is nothing further our team could have done to get that timeframe lowered for you unfortunately.

@thor – I am afraid we don’t have that sort of relationship with Argos to do something like you describe. Our team have been working very hard on the Argos claims and have been able to recover some funds for members.
However, with some claims they are adamant we are not eligible for the commission and therefore will not pay us the commission under any circumstances. I understand you are disappointed but what you are asking us to do is not something we can do for you.

If your cashback has been declined contact the merchant directly asking for an explanation. Tell them if it is not a satisfactory explanation you will hand it over to the Financial Ombudsman Service for miss selling and they can deal with them. Worked for me.0

I'm disappointed that a holiday booked in November last year and then taken and paid for in May has still not been made payable (remaining at confirmed) I was told to wait three weeks and raise another ticket, waited and raised another ticket only to be told that I need to be patient and wait as the money is paid in batches - all very well and good but the company has had reviews recently regarding their fast pay outs? Waiting on £1500
