I have had a similar problem but with Argos and it is now over 2 years since I made a purchase with them. If you are relying on TCB to be looking out for your interests then from my experience I can't say you will have a positive outcome. It took them a year and a half to get Argos to state that they did not pay out because I returned my order. This is a blatant lie from Argos and I have the proof because just recently I contacted their support and got them to admit that I never did request to return my purchase from them. I'm sorry to sound so pessimistic but I do hope TCB manage to sort it out for you like they failed to do for me.

Well I am now officially past the 1 year point since I've been waiting on my correct cashback amount. I'm still owed about £30 as it tracked at the wrong amount and didn't uplift.

I did submit a support ticket at the time for incorrect cashback, then TCB told me to change it to 'missing cashback' so I did. I'm still no further forward and then to top it off, I received an email saying Good Energy are one of our favourite retailers, get £75 cashback now! It made me livid when I saw that. As I feel I fell for that promise from TCB / GE before and now I'm about £30 short as it tracked at the wrong amount and despite messages back and forth there is still no resolution.

Does anyone know if I can contact Good Energy and ask them about this direct or take it somewhere else? As all I'm wanting is what I'm rightfully owed.

It was EE Unlimited Broadband with Anytime Calls.

Put a complaint to EE, if not resolved follow up wth Ombudsman Services

    http://ee.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/security/complaints-code-of-practice

    Or -

Bear in mind response I had from Ombudsman Services

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=72507776&postcount=3473

and give TCB 28 days written notice of intention to lodge a Money Claim online against TCB

    https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome

After posting Ombudsman reply on here my Origin Broadband rejected transaction went speedily to confirmed and then payable

    I've been Money Tipped!
Why aren't the bonuses going to payable once the transaction has gone to payable please?

Issue in April which I had to raise a ticket to get my cash.
May 'Bank Holiday bonus' for May is the 2nd one in a row with issues.
Please move these bonuses to payable, I'm sure I'm not the only one!

Hopefully the one in June and two in July will prove less troublesome!
No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    Hey everyone,

@BristolLeedsFan - can you send me a screenshot of the higher rate to mse@topcashback.co.uk so I can look into getting this amended if it meets the criteria for the Highest Cashback Guarantee?

@wishuponastar – I’m happy to look into this if you email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk

@B_M – We will look into why this didn’t happen at the same speed of the transactions but I can confirm your bonuses are now marked as payable for the transactions that are marked as payable.

    Best wishes,
    Matt

Thanks Matt and hopefully they'll find the gremlins and the other bonuses will be trouble-free.

  • I have just signed up for EE broadband on he 22nd July...

I was supposed to receive £150 cashback, but have only received £100 in two lots of £50...

Can you tell me why this would be?
  • Hello,
I purchased a life policy through Royal London on 1 December 2016. I expected the cashback after three months but this was delayed until 3 August. The claim was confirmed with an amount of £20 which was then payable last week a few days before the date I was given. I have raised a number of queries as the cashback offer was for over £300. It was explained that the £20 would be increased when the claim was validated to £318.50. However, only £20 was payable and this has been paid into my bank account.

I've raised a number of queries over the last few days but am experiencing real problems understanding why the uplift of almost £300 has not been paid. I am being told that this will have to go through your normal process of being validated etc. But this claim has already been validated as far as I'm concerned. It is not a new claim. Why was it not uplifted to the amount I was told it would be in my thread and why am I now being told it could take several months to receive the uplift amount?

Can you help please as I'm feeling very frustrated at the answers I've received to my questions.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

I took out the BT Inifity 1 through the TCB offer on 6th July, for which BT were offering £125 gift card and £100 TCB cashback. My BT contract started last Monday, but my TCB account is still only showing the £100 cashback as payable? How long should it normally take to show as at least confirmed please?
