    But, can someone confirm / explain the Flash Bonus please?
    15. To be eligible for both the £2.50 bonus and the £5.00 flash bonuses you must make more than one transaction. One transaction will amount to one bonus.

    If I made 2 x eligible ebay purchases, would that qualify for 1 x £2.50 bonus and 1 x £5 bonus?
    Or, are they 2 x £2.50 bonuses?
    I'm sure I'm not the only one that would like clarity. :D
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    The main bonus is £2.50, the £5 flash bonus is in relation to additional flash bonuses run separately and will have their own term and conditions and so please keep an eye out for those :)

  • I have been unable to log into my account for over a week and have sent 5 unanswered emails to Topcashback. I am seeing the message 'oops, login failed'. If I click the 'Forgotten my password' link I do not receive any email.

    This happened a few months ago and Topcashback ended up opening a new account for me and had to transfer everything over from my old account, but only after I had to laboriously try to convince them that I had an existing account with the email address.

    Has anyone else had the same experience? It is very frustrating. Topcashback are not even answering my emails.

    Our log in team generally replies within 24 hours, as you have said these have been unanswered I would advise to email from a different email to the one you have been provided with. Just to reduce the chance of replying back and you not getting this.

  • I've had 2 outstanding claims for Three cashback for 11 months now. Each time I've chased a status update I've received a very generic response. I'm looking to leave Three in the next couple of months, but I have £200 of claims that I'd like to get sorted before I do so. Can someone please escalate this?

    However, I must also say that our members are given the same priority as all other cashback sites and commission sources by the network. Therefore telling them to prioritise one of our members is not possible.

    The transaction didn't track, so i put a claim in.
    The claim was declined on 31/03/17.
    Yesterday, a transaction was put in for the correct date but for £50?
    That changed to payable later on.
    I have posted on the claim that i was expecting £125. for the transaction. However, how do i put a highest cashback claim because the transaction didn't track as normal?

    I don't understand why it is taking Topcashback so long to give me what i am owed.

    It has been more than 3 and a half months since they located my transaction ( it took place on 05/02/17 so 5 1/2 months ago) and still the £50 has not been uplifted to the correct amount of £125.

    How hard is it to check what the going rate was at the time the transaction took place?

    I have provided numerous screenshots showing the tracking - both on EE and Topcashback (basically i had someone taking pictures while i was completing the transaction), also have supplied bills to prove that i am still with EE.

    Since 19 April it has been put at status Q, apparently this means they are querying this with the merchant's affiliate network????

    I have been using cashback sites for over a decade and this is the first time i have heard of this?
