    The truth is, the only thing that is holding us back is receiving payment for your transaction. We are one referrer out of a much bigger system, all will be waiting for the commission to be awarded.

    When something doesn't track, even if you went ahead and purchased through our site straight away it does not always prevent someone else being paid for the commission you expect us to be paid so we can pass it over to you. If other cookies are on your device from before clicking through us there's a risk they can be paid also.

    Our Team have managed to recoup millions of pounds from the claims system and that is money we have rightfully passed back over to our members. I appreciate, sometimes waiting for an answer can be annoying, however, we would rather that than to give up early on your claim just to get your claim resolved faster. That's neither fair or the right thing to do.

    Our Team have varying routes to get claims resolved and therefore just because you have seen the same status for a few weeks, it doesn't mean just one method of communication has been used.

    Our Team will be doing everything they can to get your claim resolved as we do want this to be resolved as soon as possible so that time can be spent getting other claims resolved and to make more members happy.

    I requested a Love To Shop card payout on 16 July . As per this page, I raised a support ticket yesterday, as the advised period had elapsed without the card appearing: https://www.topcashback.co.uk/help?mobileID=193

    I have today received a reply stating that it can take up to 14 working days to receive the card. I have no issue with allowing this time if this is how long it can take (after all, my cashback isn't at risk as it isn't loaded onto the card until I do this after receiving the card) however I do think that the site should be updated to say so, so that members know what to expect when they choose a payout option.

    As it is I have either been misadvised by the staff member who replied to my support ticket, or I have potentially needlessly raised a ticket.

    The ticket asked for feedback and when I tried to rate it 3/5 with a comment about the different advice elsewhere on the site, it would not work and came up with a red error message to try again later.

  • Why advertise a cash back of £125 and then only give out £50?

    This is what has happened to me.

    There is no question now of the transaction not tracking or anything else. My transaction has been located and verified, now I have to fight for what is mine. (That is exactly what it feels like)

    The amounts you see on site are the different cashback tiers we are eligible for. We pass over 100% of this to our members.

    This means if the commission amount we are actually awarded is lower than the commission band we do still have to pass over the actual amount we are going to get. If you disagree with that amount please lodge a claim so we can take this to the network as a transaction query and find out what has gone on and why we were awarded less than you expected.

  • I have been trying to place an order for by broadband through the TopCashback link but it won't work. I go through all the screens and input my details but then get an error message telling me that I have to ring up. Have tried phoning BT but get nowhere. Is there a problem with the link?

    This is normally an issue with some of the details inputted. I would advise speaking to the merchant but not mentioning clicking through TopCashback as sometimes customer care teams presume the issue is not with them as they believe we are a seller of their service which we are not.

    Has anyone else had the same problem - I havent used TCB for ages just thought I would see how smoothly a transaction runs now so I can tell my friends ( or not as case may be)

    I cant lodge a highest cashback claim as hasnt tracked as Tesco Foundation Card, shows no transactions for that, being as TCB are advertising same rate as Quidco TCB should honour the rate it is advertising/promoting

    When I try and put a H.C.C submission, Tesco Credit Cards doesnt show on drop down list only Tesco Foundation card and when i select Tesco Foundation Card it says "No click found on this date. Have you already made a claim for this transaction"

    This was whole reason for first support ticket

    Also TCB are advertising/promoting same rate for Tesco Foundation Credit Card

    I am sorry that you are unable to lodge this highest cashback guarantee claim from your account. I have now uplifted the cashback on your account to match what was offered on Quidco as we are now going to be coming to the end of the claiming period for this type of claim.
