Matt might come to confirm, but there is a Paypal entry in Payout Settings where you can enter an email address. I guess you could enter your Paypal email (which can be different from your TCB one) there?

We have twice booked flights through TCB redirecting to VA website and the first transaction tracked incorrectly stating the transaction as being £3.89 instead of £3891.00 meaning the cashback balance was incorrect (£0.04) instead of £38.91 but TCB stated that the transaction had failed to track, when it clearly had tracked but incorrectly! This was not paid.

More recently I purchased flights for £3943.18 which correctly tracked with cashback amount due of £157.72 - shock horror, the affiliate network have decided they are not paying and that it is not negotiable meaning that's twice the 'affiliate network' have stiffed me dry the wrong way !

Stiffed for £38.91 + £157.72 = £196.63 by TCB and / or Virgin Atlantic and their Affiliate Network - Someone is making a tidy back hander I reckon out of this.
Naturally everybody denies all knowledge and it is more frustrating that TCB state the decision is final! So if I stopped paying debts and say the decision is final, will it just end there ? (I doubt it...)

@Matt / TCB - yet another issue with the bonuses!
July transaction has gone to paid, the linked bonus hasn't!
2nd time in a row, so an obvious issue.
Please resolve it yet again and get your guys to sort it.

@hillcats - just to confirm is it Virgin Atlantic you are querying? If so please be aware that 'This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.' With flights, a lot of the money you pay goes on taxes, fuel duty, air passenger duty, booking fees etc. Therefore all of that will be taken off before you are left with the commissionable price. This may explain why it's tracking differently to what you expected.

@B_M - I've been able to make that payable for you. We have done a lot of work to make the bonuses process more steadily as we would expect. The Bonus you were waiting on was slightly different and required a little more admin work which is why this wasn't picked up amongst that work.

But, this is what I'm seeing-

eBay 23 Jun 2017 £29.99
£0.30 payable
eBay 23 Jun 2017 £44.99
£0.45 payable

Both eBay transactions would be applicable and valid and have been paid.
The linked bonus is still at pending.

Thing is @Matt, I'm not getting anything having been shafted twice...
Is there anything you can do to help as very frustrating as such a large amount of cash back was promised

I purchased a mattress using your site on Sunday night using the link on your site to Otty Sleep. I did this even though your cashback was lower at 1.51% and on another cashback site Quidco being 5%, fully expecting to get this matched by your Highest Casback Guarantee as I prefer using your site.

I have been checking the past couple of days and no trace of this purchase tracking, I had cleared all my cookies prior to clicking through and I even clicked through the link again yesterday so it was still on your site then. I checked again today and transaction still not showing again, but what has concerned me more is when I searched for Otty Sleep today on your website there is no trace of it. What is happening and why has it disappeared? I tried to submit this query via a support ticket, but as Otty Sleep no longer appearing on your website then it would not let me submit a query.
