    Hillcats - thats quite a considerable amount. As you infer, it generally the larger amounts/high percentages that "disappear".
    I would suggest going through the motions of an official complaint to the affiliate network and the airline, including an NBA then sue in small claims court.
    If you make it clear that legal action will be taken if the debt is not forthcoming then that may prompt payment.

    @ akh43 – If you lodge a claim our team will certainly do their best to get this tracking. We have temporarily suspended the merchant due to us noticing a potential tracking issue which is why you will not see them in the search bar for the time being.

  • I have booked a very expensive hotel via Expedia yesterday on which I am expecting at least £800 cashback and I am very worried as it has not tracked yet. I know this is only 24+ hours ago but I am concerned that due to the large amount, it will not track. I have already submitted a claim. I made 100% sure before the purchase was made to clear my cookies and browsing data and cannot think why it has not tracked.

    I recently had an Expedia claim denied and I certainly do not want this to happen again.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Assuming a typo, but it has NOW gone to payable and cashed out.

    A positive this week is that my Halford's claim has been successful and that has also gone to payable and cashed out.
    Hands up, I doubted this one. I was wrong.
    I definitely do doubt my Owner's Direct claim though as I can't see how they can confirm my booking (cheque sent direct to owner as she lives abroad). Unless OD contact the owner and she confirms, it's looking doubtful.

    But, thanks again for resolving the bonus issue.
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

  • I have done this for the first and probably the last time. The receipt photos have now been uploaded twice and both times the cashback has been declined. The first time was my fault as the date and time of purchase was not showing but the second time it definitely was and still declined.

    I have done this for the first and probably the last time. The receipt photos have now been uploaded twice and both times the cashback has been declined. The first time was my fault as the date and time of purchase was not showing but the second time it definitely was and still declined.
    I have had quite a few decline, they seem a bit hit and miss on the reading of receipts, but have submitted a ticket with receipt image and have been paid each time.
