@steve1500 and @ThBanker - We do now have Shopitize live which can be accessed via the groceries section of the app on the main screen (be sure to have the latest update), although there may be fewer choices then there used to be, we hope that more of these are items that would be purchase in the weekly shop and the layout of this should now be clearer, with a re-snapping option available and more information on any declined receipts. You can still access our specialised TopCashback offers via in-store then groceries but these won't be active all of the time.
Just to make sure there is no misunderstanding: You have improved the system by preventing people who don't use a smart phone from accessing it.
Shame. I've always thought highly of Topcashback.0 -

I am due £63 and inspite of many requests to Topcashback, it still has not been paid. Could you please help?
The delay has made me reluctant to use Topcashback. I now use another website if the cashback is much the same. I get offers from your website promising high cashback but I don't feel confident that the cashback will be paid.

I was being sarcastic (hence the wink). Matt emailed me on 29 September 2016 with his findings. Unfortunately, nothing conclusive. he said it could be due to a number of reasons, like a batch of transactions getting caught up in the system. Apparently, the network had successfully investigated it.
With these words like "system"/"network" you're really spoiling us.0 -
Well today I have been able to place a missing cashback claim, 2 weeks after the order. What I don't understand is why no one on the support ticket said that I simply had to wait longer than the usual 7 days if that was the case. I will see whether I have any luck with the manual claim.
He can tell me I have cookie issues all he likes but, as I say I use a fresh browser just for cashback, with no ablocker installed etc etc
And today the cash back is showing in my account as pending. Have to say I'm pleased about this and it certainly is better time wise than other experiences I've had with manual claims.0 -

@TheBanker - Overall, we believe the system is much better and much smoother. We understand for the vast amount of offers that this does mean unfortunately desktop upload isn't available and this is one of the compromises we had. However, this now allows us to implement changes such as speeding up the process, providing instant declined reasons and the ability to re-upload all of which have been regularly suggested on this forum.
However, this certainly isn't the end for desktop upload, from time to time there will be some available. Of course we'll also take your feedback forward to see if desktop upload is a viable possibility for the new Grocery offers.
@Bougainvillea - Do you mind dropping me an email to mse@topcashback.co.uk? This is certainly something I will try my best to help you with.

Has anyone else had problems with trying to get receipts snapped in the app for groceries - I've bought some Jaffa cakes and correctly scanned the barcode but for the life of me I can't get the receipt to be acknowledged by the app. Used to find snap and scan worked fine - don't see why it needed to be changed to something far less easy to use.0
