Hi Everyone,
@molerat - If you let me know what device you use I can put forward the suggestion to have the app created for that operating system.
Best wishes,
Matt
Matt which ever genius managed to miss out various phone operating systems.
I'm assuming the same genius, that devised the new layout for the account page.

I have to agree with you!
I do not have a mobile phone so miss out entirely and do not like the new layout one bit.
This is change for change sake and not an improvement.0 -
Have your app writers ever heard of Windows Phone ?
Agree with the above, many people do not have smart phones so doing away with the web version is not a good move IMO.0 -

I also think a bad move for TCB as I just looked at Quidco and they have loads of grocery cashback offers still available via the website.0 -
Hello - I am quite new to this. I have two 'confirmed' items and they seem to have been 'confirmed' for some time. I have had quite a number of very small (pennies) payments which changed from confirmed to payable at the beginning of October.
Do confirmed payments change to payable usually only just at the beginning of the month or can they change from pending to payable at any time, please? So far the only 'payable' ones have been at the beginning of the month.
Thank you

Hi Everyone,
@steve1500 - If you could provide some feedback on devices you would like to see compatible with the app I will be able to pass this on. Some Apps, whether from big companies or small cannot be designed to suit every device on the market as they are so different in how they work and operate. However , if you provide me with the device you would like to see I'll be hopefully able to provide something more certain.
@POPPYOSCAR - Certainly not change for change sake, as I am sure you can see on this forum we had feedback about the time it taken to process receipts, feedback about how quickly receipts were declined, about no immediate support if receipts weren't visible, and these are just a few prominent examples. These all couldn't be changed while we were using the same system. This new version changes all of that. I understand if you favoured the desktop upload tool the new system is not one available to you but from time to time we will still have a couple of offers available on there for you. We just wanted to make the overall experience much clearer, fairer and positive experience and are very sure that this is the way forward. We wouldn't have changed it for any other reason.
If you have a smart phone device please do reply back with what it is and I will put this forward to see if we can look into developing something for it.
@molerat - To date, the windows operating system hasn't proven popular enough to develop a whole new app. However, this is certainly not something we're ruling out and your feedback is appreciated in gauging interest in the windows app.
@Deleted_User - Cashback networks can pay us at any time during the month and some pay us more frequently that just once a month. I am more than happy to look into your cashback for you and to do this please drop me an email to mse@topcashback.co.uk so I can assist further.

Just says processing....... this shouldn't take long!
It gave up the ghost and said it couldn't recognise the Tesco receipt & said please re -try -did & got the same message.
Does this now mean I have to take another photo of the receipt & cross it to my laptop to email to you.

Hi steve1500,
I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the app. The whole system is very new and even with full testing there may be specific occurrences that lead to a glitch and we need to get to the bottom of these. We can only do this for you if you could email across the details. This will allow us to investigate and hopefully resolve the issue you were expecting.
Best wishes,

Hi,
I would like a few questions answered in regards to Asda Groceries.
I have been waiting for an order that was placed on the 1st June and it is still pending - not even confirmed yet alone paid. There are other reviews that have been recorded on the Asda Groceries reviews that say the same. These will not come to the fore because you show the best rated first then unless you change it to most recent, these reviews are ignored.
But, in the past couple of days there have been very positive reviews saying how fast it was and how I cannot wait to use the service again. When there seems to have been no payment since May for orders placed in April if your stats are accurate - and if not then why put them up there?
Now unless people think that 7 months is a fast payment and assuming these were orders placed in March why post such positive comments in the space of 3 days. I am not pointing any fingers saying that these were planted reviews but when I contact TCB support, I am told to wait 3-4 more weeks as we cannot pay you until we are paid.
Maybe some comment can be forthcoming as to when Asda Groceries last paid and why it is still classed as Fast Paying with a payment date of 6 weeks (the getout could be that is the payment when the order is confirmed - to my response, ask the affiliate why it is taking 4 months for me to have it still pending and no end in sight). I have contacted Asda and showing their best customer support, they simply dont care.0 -

Same issue and I thought I'd try out the new app. But, it's only piggybacking Shopitize and same issues there.
I've stopped using both until the gremlins are resolved.
Shopitize was once excellent, but the TCB previous app was always cr4p. See how long they take to resolve today's receipts. Both Tesco and one was my wife's. Morrison's also failed on Shopitize.
I've failed on Android.
Update - the robot chap has resolved issue and both my wife's and my receipt. Far better than the almost useless Snapnsave thingy, but still needs tweaking. Having to request a review every time isn't good.bristolleedsfan wrote: »Not currently live on Quidco or TCB I have happened to notice.
About time, but why?
Has the Co-op decided to stop affiliate marketing their banking side, or have they been suspended due to their antics?
Did you manage to get your payment after your direct complaint?
Still no update on my SSE broadband claim. If not resolved by the end of the month, I'll go direct with my complaint.
One of the problems with TCB, they don't seem to chase up claims and this was an instance where it tracked short, over £30 short. TCB obviously can't see the fairness here. I'll be asking SSE to suspend my Direct Debit until fully resolved. No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0
