Topcashback gets worse each time i use it think i'm done with topcashback now latest fun and games.
Did a energy switch 2 days ago 28th September 2016 using energy helpline, cashback tracked no problem.
Today 30th September 2016 the cashback is declined, no way would a company decline within 2 days as there is no possible way the switch could happen in 2 days or that any company would work that quickly regarding cashback.
TCB you need to take a long hard look at yourselves and at the networks you use because you have just lost a member who has been with you since the beginning, i'm not going to go to court over £16 i will just vote with my feet.0 -

@bxboards - Thanks for your feedback about service level agreements. It's certainly something I can pass on to the relevant people for you. Sometimes it's not the merchant who needs to look at the claim but instead their network. I do really hope we can get this resolved for you very soon.

@steve1500 - We took a lot of feedback on board about snap and save and are glad you agree the new system is lightning fast and a much easier process to work with. Members on this forum will also be happy to hear you'll also be able to re-submit receipts and declines should happen within a few minutes, rather than a few days.
@legendkiller2k8 - Cashback can be declined this quickly but it's normally either when a voucher code is used or something else that can quickly identified. If you could email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk I will look to see if we have been provided with an initial declined reason.

Do not understand this.
OH took out car insurance with Swinton.
Cashback tracked next day and then not long after, same day, was declined!
Have submitted a claim but this seems very strange to me.
Did not use any other discount codes, got new quote etc, there is no good reason for this.0 -
@OceanSound - I will take a further look into this and see if I can spot anything that was the cause of it. It may just be that the transaction was caught up in batch where the hotel didn't report the stay as completed but I will take a look and reply all the same
If this is the reason, next time I'll take a group photo with the hotel staff, then send you the pic as 'proof of stay'0 -

Matt, I think you miss the point, that being that there are now only five offers, all of which have expired. So yes, it is lightning fast to see that there is nothing of use on the Snap and Save page any more!0 -

I take this to mean all other Dell laptops excluding Alienware.

@POPPYOSCAR - I am sorry to hear this and I am not sure why this will have been the case, hopefully our Claims team can get to the bottom of this and get your cashback pending again for you.

@steve1500 and @ThBanker - We do now have Shopitize live which can be accessed via the groceries section of the app on the main screen (be sure to have the latest update), although there may be fewer choices then there used to be, we hope that more of these are items that would be purchase in the weekly shop and the layout of this should now be clearer, with a re-snapping option available and more information on any declined receipts. You can still access our specialised TopCashback offers via in-store then groceries but these won't be active all of the time.
@2010 - Yes, as long as you are not purchasing Alienware, then you should go on to see the 7.07% cashback received for your Dell purchase.
