    @Parks - It will only ask you to login again on these pages if your browser remembers your log in details. The error is normally caused by incorrect remembered data being used to log in. Therefore to sort this issue out all you have to do is clear the saved auto form fill data and passwords from your web browser.

    @Wheres My Cashback - Cookies can get in many different places and sometimes even on the device itself through different applications installed. When people miss out on cashback some do decide to air their views which sometimes covers up the positive comments we receive. If you could email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk I can check up on your claim for you.

    @CHRISSYG - I do hope your cashback progresses soon for you. Most other cashback sites work similarly and will only pay you once they are paid themselves. For certain cashback sites they may decide to guarantee a payout time frame or to pay fee paying members quicker but we don't feel this is a fair way to treat our member base as a whole.

    @gingerfox - I really am sorry to hear that you haven't heard back yet. We can't speak with the merchant directly as this isn't how the process works and it's important to note it's not just the merchant who makes decisions on cashback. We do still have merchant reviews but please let me know if these aren't showing for a specific merchant and I can investigate why they aren't.

    @B_M - we do have access to a lot more statistics than you see on site and from the odd negative review that someone posts on a forum. Although you may see tracking issues personally these reviews don't always show the wider picture of the merchant :) I am delighted to hear that your most recent transaction tracked as I would expect!

    Hi Topcashback Rep,

    What on earth is going on with Barclaycard? Two claims were sent as part of an outstanding batch last month and there is still no update regarding the cashback.

    It is nearly one year since I took out the 2 x credit cards and I am constantly fobbed off with the claims are 'pending review' from the merchant.

    What pressure is Topcashback putting on Barclaycard to get this rectified for everyone who is still waiting, as it is implied that there is a 'large outstanding file' that was sent to the merchant?

    Chase up all issues direct with the merchant after waiting four months! Never allow it to escalate too long. TCB state they can't contact the merchants, so you will have to if you want that promoted cashback.
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    @karl271186 - It is not always the merchant who we wait for a reply from, a lot of the work in claims comes from the cashback network who track all of the transactions for a merchant. I can take a look into your claim if you email me on mse@topcashback.co.uk and will help you as much as possible. However, we will only be able to bring you an outcome once one has been reached
