    @2010 - It wouldn't be professional or fair to point the finger until the issues are fully investigated and resolved. As I have mentioned we are doing as much as we can to get transactions with this merchant investigated and progressing as soon as we can. This is the only further information I can give you at this time.     @pfpf - I am afraid we have discontinued the test tracking page. With devices increasing having different software it it difficult for us to create a 'one stop shop' for tracking issues so to speak and we would hate to make members believe there tracking is ok if the page didn't pick up something important that may be preventing it from happening.

    Thanks for that Matt and I will bear it in mind.

    It seems to me that when I opened a support ticket on TCB in April 2015 (five months after the initial booking at the beginning of November 2014), even if your "merchant networks" have attempted to contact Shearings Holidays only once a month, that would be seven times to date.

    As there has been no progress whatsoever, even since April 2015, it looks as though Shearings Holidays have completely ignored your networks seven times.
    Therefore it might be reasonable to point the finger towards them for the lack of progress.

    There is very little TCB can do if this is the case because Shearings have already departed company with TCB so cannot be given the red card.

    The next step may be for me to "kick the ball in another direction".

    I am having a problem and would like some advise please

    the email I opened my account with has been closed down.
    I added a new email to my account with is fine I can access my account.
    the problem is when I try to withdraw my money I get this up

  • This is a warning to anyone planning on taking the Lottery cash back deal. They won't pay out. I started a ticket but they won't do anything to help. I unfortunately fell for it and recommended to family members to use the deal too, so feel a fool.

Would like to know - if I upgrade my account to the premium account, what would be the percentage payout on a package holiday through Thomson holidays? And also, if I upgrade today will my cashback track with new percentage if I order today? Thanks in advance.

    Do any of you four use the same password?

    If so, TCB probably think the accounts are being used by just one person.

    You state all four accounts have different bank details, and assuming they are in four different names, then can't see a problem.

    Has anyone else got a problem with the app? It's logged me out and keeps saying my details are wrong but they aren't - it's all working fine on the full site.

    EDIT: It's working again this morning.

    @northerngeezer - If you can kindly reply to the ticket and explain why you believe another account has similar log in details our Team will then be more than happy to help :)

    @Tamara-T - Plus Members do normally get a 5% extra top up on their transactions rather than Classic Members who currently get a 1% bonus. At the moment, for Plus Members the rate for Thompson Package holidays is 3.15% and for Classic Members it's 3.03% . I do hope this helps. It's also worth noting some payout methods also come with an increased top up for Plus Members.

    @Kim_13 - I am really sorry that you have had issues logging in and I am glad you can now log in.
