    It’s Friday and the end of the week is very near!

    @2010 - I can certainly assure you not just anyone can join TopCashback as a merchant and as well as us having an application process the cashback network do also have an application process for joining their scheme.

    We have had members who have waited a while for their cashback to progress but they have seen this come through in the end and I do hope this happens for your transaction very soon.

    @carh – A transaction can sometimes track but then it does go through a validation process. Only then sometimes does the cashback network check the last referrers for the transaction and validate the transaction for the eligible referees. I am not too sure how we can make the cashback network and their role any more clearer as this is how the system is set up and works. However, if you have any ideas please do let me know. We want to keep members as informed as possible about how cashback works and tracks.

    November2 - I don’t believe there is any glitch in the system. However, I wouldn’t rule out the chance of this happening. I am really sorry to hear your Clubcard is no longer in your account and if you have any more problems with this after you have added it please do let me know.

    @woodface7 – As a merchant’s customer care team is not always aware of the cashback process I would advise against contacting them. There is normally an explanation for cashback not being paid and I can assure you all is being done to get the cashback for you. The majority if cashback earned through us does come through as we would expect and so unless your transaction goes on to decline there is no reason for me to believe you won’t be paid your cashback.

    Well at least I now know I`m not alone thanks to Woodface7 post.
    Maybe this will spur TCB on to actually do something new to get our money.
    It`s pretty obvious Shearings have taken the decision to renege on their commitments.
    They took our money and after a year have still failed to pay and TCB have let them away with it.
    Don`t TCB feel any responibility either?

    Maybe it is time to go to Shearing`s facebook page and expose them for what they are.
    Their customer care team might not know about the cashback process, but I bet they "know a man that does".

    @2010 - I would like to assure you, even if a member doesn’t get in touch and mention their speed of progression we will always do what we can to get the cashback progressing. As explained previously we can’t force a merchant to pay us faster and we don’t have a direct relationship with them but we will do what we can and work with the cashback network where possible.

    @deanos – I am really sorry to hear you had issues on Saturday. I don’t believe we are having any issues at the moment but please do let me know if you need any further help.

    I understand you can`t make them pay faster (they couldn`t be any slower) but when it`s coming up for twelve months and it`s still "pending" something is far from right and TCB doesn`t seem to be able to bring it to a conclusion.

    Because of my concern,last April I opened a support ticket on the TCB site and nothing has happened since.
    Every time I query it on there I get the same as what you say on here..

    The ONLY reason I went to TCB in the first place was because of the Shearings Holiday`s cashback.
    They took my money, both holidays tracked on your site, but still "pending" one year later.

    Well i found out why i couldn't access TCB because Avast was blocking the site for some reason, even when i added it to my safe list, so uninstalled and reinstalled as new and still had same problem

    Installed AVG and can now access with no problems, so if anyone else cant access TCB and has Avast try turning it off briefly and see if you can get access, if you can then its Avast that's the problem HTH
