Yep, that sounds like a plan. I'm sure the DWP purposely hire stupid people so they can cause as much trouble to jobseekers as possible.

MoonDragon, you seem to think everyone apart from you is dumb. If you were as smart as you think you are you wouldn't have been unemployed for several years. You might be good at what you do, I have no idea, but you have no social intelligence whatsoever. You're unable to maintain working relationships with people who play an important role in your life (employer, landlord, JC advisor etc). Smart people know how to get on in life, clearly you don't.

I really don't care about what you think about me : I have posted a thread, an the guardian gave proof of the present behavior of dwp. Now, if you cannot answer to my original questions then don't waste my time and energy!!!

As some others people, you seems to not consider trying to set up a business as a job : the average time before positive earnings for a limited company is 3 years (when not in recession). I have my principle, this is why I prefer to work as a contractor instead of employee...but accommodation issues cause a lot instabilities [despite of previous contract estate agent wanted a guarantor for tenancy agreement (and I have previously explained that I do not have family)].

Firstly, you're the only one who seems to have issue with you being black. Secondly, you were made redundant 6 years ago!! Time to move on!!

How, with an alleged £60k a year salary (assuming that's what you meant and not the £60 you actually wrote) you didn't make provisions for this situation is beyond me.

As long as you fulfill your agreement you shouldn't be in trouble whether the advisors are dumb or not.
