What are your advise exactly? To not send any report by email to confirm what has been agreed while my jobcentre adviser/manager is permanently trying to mislead me? Or to ask for clarification when yesterday this same adviser is trying to act as my GP?

The jobcentre may have incompetent employees but they do not do anything illegal towards you or anyone else, all I advised you to do was keep your head down and jump through the respective hoops that are place in front of you.

Your attitude is one of persecution something you haven't demonstrated here, you are frustrating your argument when no one agrees with your stance, I am by no means a butt kisser and I know the times when I need to speak up and when to smile through gritted teeth, something you need to learn how to do. If you don't like it then that's tough.

You're going to have to decide what you want to be.

DH is no @rselicker but is always in demand. He puts in the extra effort (worked 16 hours yesterday for a client wanting to go live with something over the weekend). He is highly skilled, professional, literate and talented at what he does. He doesn't think the world is against him.

Can you spot the difference yet?

You just seem to be a stupid person that think he knows everything because his 'husband' earn £2k. You are not your 'husband' and do not disturb people while you do not know anything about a subject. Go back to read my first thread and you will see that there is nothing there about 'your husband' but a process to trace/resolve administrative maladministration and misleading.

I am sure that if 50% that happened to me happens to most of you in this forum you may have got really totally crazy...certainly that is the reason why you think i should have a 'mental health problem' as you in my situation you should....

As some Citizen Advice Bureau told me, the JobCentre in my borrough provide the worst service in London.

According to my CAB, the worst JobCentre are in Peckham, Brixton, etc...and they hire people who tend to be dumb and/or not trained because they know they will easily make trouble to jobseekers.

    Hi all,

Since few months I have several harassment issues with my local JobCentre where they try to put me on sanction by for example :
    - telling me that there computer is over so I cannot sign on
    - giving me two adds while they have assigned me three in their system.
    - he asked me to bring at the next appointment my universal jobmatch ID (not the password) but do not want that I send it by email.

As a result, I use to send a report by email to my JobCentre at each of our appointment.

However, today my adviser told me orally to not send her any email anymore [since it is a bit frustrating for her (i guess...:D) and she had a lot of other think to do...] : obviously, I do not trust her AT ALL, but I have to play her diplomatic game she has just started (we are now 'friends'...).

Also, I would like to know if sending the email reports (that include the TRUE number of job adds provided by my JobCentre adviser, the next appointment date and time, every relevant thing said or orally agreed) to myself [my own email address (and maybe a last email to her saying the reports will be sent to myself instead of my adviser/JobCentre but available on request since they do not want further email reports )] will be valid as a proof in case of other issue raised with JobCentre.

Thanks in advance for your help,

    MoonDragon

As a remainder, above is my original email.

Now, since after creation of this thread I have sent the email report not my 'adviser' but to the complaint department/manager that have forward it to this person at our new appointment when I asked if he still wanted my UJ ID he said 'NO': he was doing something wrong, since I had not opt for JobCentre to check my jobsearch (even I know that they do it without our consent).

If the advisers are dumb and you are smart then there is no problem at all.

Do what you are told - easy

I was just quoting your signature.

If all the things that happen to you are not happening to everyone else, do you ever consider that it might be your behaviour that attracts these things?
