JSA - JobCentre: own email report to myself as proof in case of issue with my adviser

Hi all,
Since few months I have several harassment issues with my local JobCentre where they try to put me on sanction by for example :
- telling me that there computer is over so I cannot sign on
- giving me two adds while they have assigned me three in their system.
- he asked me to bring at the next appointment my universal jobmatch ID (not the password) but do not want that I send it by email.
As a result, I use to send a report by email to my JobCentre at each of our appointment.
However, today my adviser told me orally to not send her any email anymore [since it is a bit frustrating for her (i guess...:D) and she had a lot of other think to do...] : obviously, I do not trust her AT ALL, but I have to play her diplomatic game she has just started (we are now 'friends'...).
Also, I would like to know if sending the email reports (that include the TRUE number of job adds provided by my JobCentre adviser, the next appointment date and time, every relevant thing said or orally agreed) to myself [my own email address (and maybe a last email to her saying the reports will be sent to myself instead of my adviser/JobCentre but available on request since they do not want further email reports )] will be valid as a proof in case of other issue raised with JobCentre.
Thanks in advance for your help,
MoonDragon

I don't understand. What are you achieving or hoping to achieve by sending these emails? What purpose do they serve?0

No, it won't.
You seem to complicate the simplest of things.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

I think he means that he gets to the jobcentre too late to sign on as the staff have already logged out of their computers, and that they give him 2 job adverts to apply for but log 3 on the system.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0

Also all jobs must have been printed out and given to you. If they are really doing that then they should be reported but as far as signing on goes get there on timeWe’ve had to remove your signature. No, I do not mean that was late I mean that everytime I go to JobCentre (at least 15 minutes in advance) they are trying to make me do a fault so they could then sanction me : also I write a diary/report on my gmail account that update after each appointment at the JobCenter. I just want to know if this diary/report sent to myself will be enough as a proof in case JobCentre denied one day something that we orally agreed (and that I have put in my diary).A cat who's been sprayed with hot water, will then be afraid of his own bowl of innocent fresh water.0 -

Again, no, it won't.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

Why? If I still send email confirmation of what was agreed (despite of the fact my JobCentre adviser forbidden it too me today).
At the same time my adviser asked me my Universal Jobmatch ID : does she have the right to do that since I have read in the gateway terms of use that I should not share my UJ ID (on UJ I have not checked the option that allow JobCentre to look at my activity history)?A cat who's been sprayed with hot water, will then be afraid of his own bowl of innocent fresh water.0 -
