JSA - JobCentre: own email report to myself as proof in case of issue with my adviser

At the same time my adviser asked me my Universal Jobmatch ID : does she have the right to do that since I have read in the gateway terms of use that I should not share my UJ ID (on UJ I have not checked the option that allow JobCentre to look at my activity history)?
A) you've been told not to. Continuing to do so could be viewed as harassment.
it means as much as you emailing Buckingham Palace with "I am the King". It's a waste of time. Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
Your guess is as good as mine since the OP says they arrive 15 mins early so I am really not followingnotanewuser wrote: »Make a mistake? We’ve had to remove your signature. Why not handwrite a note of what is agreed st the time and ask the advisor to sign & date?0

So, why an email to myself will not be enough as a proof?notanewuser wrote: »A) you've been told not to. Continuing to do so could be viewed as harassment.

What about the request of my gateway ID (not by email) by the JobCentre adviser?A cat who's been sprayed with hot water, will then be afraid of his own bowl of innocent fresh water.0 -
When you are given two jobs write on the top 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 and get the adviser to sign both of them. Make sure you keep them safe for future reference.
No idea what you mean by fault - perhaps if you explained it better we might understand what you are telling us.Sanctimonious Veggie. GYO-er. Seed Saver. Get in.0 -

She is asking just my Universal Jobsearch ID not the password. If think that if I give it to her that will mean I give her my consent to look at my job search activity on UJ...Funky_Bold_Ribena wrote: »Because you could write ANYTHING.

You sign an agreement with your adviser about what you will do for work, you both have a copy. At every interview she will update your action plan, she can print this off and give you a copy if you so wish.
You can record all your job search in UJ so you both have copies then, she cannot delete or amend your job search so its perfectly safe. All jobs she saves into your basket so you both again can see them, your adviser cannot delete or apply on your behalf.0
