I make a scan of the documents provided.

No Need, no need for yoyr password, gateway number or anything. We can access uj by your e-mail address.
You give access before you go and sign on, you removes access as soon as you get home, what is your issue.

Put more effort into your job applications and you wont have to go anymore.
  • you could always record the meetings with your adviser if you think it's getting really bad, an email is not proof as you are writing the email, the adviser hasn't signed your email

my mum recently got sanctioned unfairly in our opinion so she went in to find out why and also asked for an appeal form, the adviser refused to give the form saying "what do you need that for?", luckily my mum asked another member of staff on her way out and managed to get the form

Usually I do but today my smartphone was on the repair and the adviser (maybe because she know that I record our interview) said a wrong number of ads she really had given to me (one more than the reality) : this is one of the main reason why I need to send a written confirmation.

Anyway, I have sent my report of today appointment to the manager saying to read my email when they will not be in emergency since it is just a report.

How on earth do you expect to get a job at all?

I don't understand the conspiracy theories of "my adviser/JCP is out to get me" stuff. If you're meeting the conditions of your JS agreement and can prove it, using the methods they have requested (recording jobs in the booklet, for example), then I don't see what the issue is.

Maybe I'm a little naive, but if you want as painless time as JCP as you can get, you attend, tell them the positives things you've been doing to find work, show your evidence and attend the meetings/appointments they've arranged for you. What's the big deal?!

Some people just make trouble for themselves and the OP is one of them, after a short time you should learn how to jump over the hurdles the JC put in front of you.

I'm confused, you're annoyed that she gave you one (just one) more job to apply for? Is this a bad thing?

And that they wanted you to work five days a week instead of just one for free? Although this is part of the agreement for you to claim JSA?

What's the problem here? Your advisor isn't 'out to get you' - the only person who's putting your career prospects in jeopardy is yourself, your attitude stinks. Do the work, accept the hurdles they place in front of you and stop whining.

In this thread it was suggested you sought professional help for your obsessive behaviour. Have you done this? You are showing exactly the same behaviours here.

Being rude to people that are trying to help you is not on. You really are your own worst enemy.

As regards emailing yourself, no it is not proof of anything.

Emails can easily be forged, including the sender, the recipient, date and time sent and positive acknowledgement. Using one of the many open SMTP relays out there anyone can send an email that looks like it came from you (or anyone else) containing any content they wanted.

Given your previous posts, you seem to be the most persecuted person in the UK :/
