JC staff can pick on or misinterpret vulnerable people to get a result.
They are an easy target.
Definitively, I strongly believe that was my adviser (or his manager) though...in addition to their strong prejudices....

To think that any advisor would care enough to be 'out to get' someone is ridiculous. They see hundreds of people each week. They deal with short and long term unemployed of all ages, people with alcohol and drug dependancy, people with mental health problems, the homeless... The list goes on. But yes, out of their caseload of 150+ that they have to see every couple of weeks, they've chosen YOU to victimise.
Too many people spend too much time complaining about JCP and their actions and being negative, creating their own barriers and having a bad attitude, acting like the world owes them something.
If in your mind I should leave them to threat me unfairly then it is your choice since it is your mind and will only remain in your mind : in my case, this people has chosen the wrong target and I will not leave any of this unfair staff to continue their free harassment.A cat who's been sprayed with hot water, will then be afraid of his own bowl of innocent fresh water.0 -

The job ads provide are not signed...and their preferred tactic seem to be to try to sanction you even unfairly causing you hardship....and after several months without benefits and making appeals (the more wicked of this dwp staff will even expect you to become homeless or even to die...) they will come with a simple apology...As for the example you give about applying for jobs. Every job I printed off for a claimant to apply to, had to have both my signature and the claimant's signature as well as the date. It was also recorded electronically, automatically.
If that evidence (signed doc) was not provided at referral then the sanction was overturned because there was not enough evidence that the claimant had been given the job to apply to. The decision maker must look at the evidence provided and make a decision from there. A fair decision.
Personally, if I did not have that evidence (signed doc) I would not put the referral forward. I would revisit that particular vacancy and act accordingly.
I can't even begin to fathom what the OP is getting at, it's really quite confusing and appears that the OP is making the situation a whole lot more confusing and complicated that it needs to be.
