JSA - JobCentre: own email report to myself as proof in case of issue with my adviser
Comments

I applied for a ONE day per week volunteering work they tried to force me to work for free for FIVE days per week for FREE.
I was sent for 5 days a week work experience, half way through my time there I got offered a full time job elsewhere because the extra skills on my CV were all I needed. No working for free isn't fun, but if you don't make the effort you will never see the results.0 -

In my case I have found this volunteering work by myself and since I was applying to JSA I was limit to MAXIMUM 14 hours per week (else I will not receive my benefit).A cat who's been sprayed with hot water, will then be afraid of his own bowl of innocent fresh water.0 -

*rolls eyes*
Yes, "special training" since I had my a new meeting with this jobcentre adviser that at each appointment is trying to sanction me.A cat who's been sprayed with hot water, will then be afraid of his own bowl of innocent fresh water.0 -
OP you have been offered advice and you continue not to take it, to continually find fault where there is none is simply doing yourself no good interviews and conversations are two ways, it maybe that you don't want any of the pleasantries that go with going to the jobcentre to sign on.
I have experienced signing on I currently sign on for NI contributions and even though I get no benefit from the government I still have to jump through those hoops the government put in front of me, and if that means being nice and not a know it all with regards to my rights then so be it. You on the other hand are fighting a unwinable battle and will more than likely end up sanctioned.
What are your advise exactly? To not send any report by email to confirm what has been agreed while my jobcentre adviser/manager is permanently trying to mislead me? Or to ask for clarification when yesterday this same adviser is trying to act as my GP?A cat who's been sprayed with hot water, will then be afraid of his own bowl of innocent fresh water.0 -

Frankly, you lost any credibility you may aspire to, with this ridiculous claim.0 -

So, with poor English skills, dodgy residency status and an uncertain job status (are you unemployed or self employed?) you attempted to claim two benefits when you may only have been entitled to one.
You had better not be earning any money through your website AND claiming benefits as that's benefit fraud.
When you register as unemployed, you jump through the hoops they put in front of you or lose your benefits. That's how it works.
Voluntary work, training courses, work experience - it doesn't matter - you must do it or get nothing.
What are you doing here? It sounds like you've got no one around you who can help. Would it not be a good idea to go back to where you can get some support? Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -

Should I waste my time to respond to you while you are constantly undermining my sayings....no, else I could really starting becoming like you...
However, have a nice evening (I am leaving the website for one or two days...).
Ps : A website that is ranked ZERO and do not have any traffic more than 10 person per day cannot generate any earning since....(but I am sure you that 'you knew that'...).A cat who's been sprayed with hot water, will then be afraid of his own bowl of innocent fresh water.0 -

This is the normal rate for an IT contractor (an average of £500/day). Contractor role are equally about relationship...and I have to admit one things : I have difficulties with 'kissing asses'...usually it is necessary. In 2007 I had took 2 years off because I had too much hazard at the same time and was scared about my severe chronic headache (i did not know it source at that time). I have just started my contractor role in 2009 but some other french do not like the fact that I work in France through an UK limited company...
Is your husband is equally a black french that had worked in a german bank (like me) and made redundant because he had refused to appraisal form that have been unilaterally modified by his manager (for the purpose to not pay any bonus)?A cat who's been sprayed with hot water, will then be afraid of his own bowl of innocent fresh water.0 -

You're going to have to decide what you want to be.
DH is no @rselicker but is always in demand. He puts in the extra effort (worked 16 hours yesterday for a client wanting to go live with something over the weekend). He is highly skilled, professional, literate and talented at what he does. He doesn't think the world is against him.
Can you spot the difference yet?Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0
