Wow doesn't time fly. Within 36 hours she'll have landed back in the UK. She has contacted us each day. Sometimes a few times a day as her hotels have had free WIFI. Not spoken to her. Just email. She's had a super time and can't wait to have 'proper' food on her return. She's had enough of their 'fat laden' efforts. Great news OP - haven't you done well? I really mean that, it's sometimes very hard to let your children go when you're feeling anxious so you deserve huge applause. Here it comes!
