    Good Morning!

Completed levels1 and 2 walked the doggies, wm is chugging away on 3rd load, I know what we are having for tea and now i'm off to bed for a kip (12 hour night shift tonight)

    Have a good day everyone
  • Sock basket done at last. Couldn't get OH's socks into his drawer for a dozen pairs of unloved underwear so he's said to get rid of them. Just going to dry-dust the very dusty lounge with them before I sling them out.

Time for a cuppa first and then another HH at 11.30. Anyone want to join me?

  • Sorry not been about. Last weekend I had a do on which I was on the committee for, so most of time taken up with that. This week at OH's.

Today bedding in WM and out to dry. New steam cleaner arrived so bathroom in middle of getting a deep clean. I've been wanting to do this for so long!

    Sending (((hugs))) to everyone.

That was me :) think he's better with you. I've never had a dog and wouldn't know how to look after him. But I'd still love to see a picture ;)

Dusty once again you have caught me out. How did you know my half unpacked case has been sitting on the upstairs landing for over a week :o

Yesterday - did level one. It's like I've got a new fridge. OH v impressed. I then felt the need to go buy some lovely new cheese to sit on an empty shelf. :rotfl: Also made some mushroom soup to use up elderly mushies. Very tasty.

Today, plan is to keep going on level ones, plus HHI, and start clearing some frogs.

    Have a good afternoon everyone.

dorajar ouch - speedy recovery to you!

Just at work at the moment. OH has invited a friend over who is bringing some dinner for us all - so I'm off the hook for cooking but need to get the lounge looking presentable.

    Monday - Kitchen
    Level One
    DONE
    Level Two
    DONE
    Level Three
The larder/food cupboards, empty it all out, add to your meal plan, write a shopping list of basics you may run out of over Easter. Wipe out the cupboards and replace after wiping sticky jars and binning/donating stuff which has been in there forever which you really will never use - share your most bizarre find - pictures welcome
    Extras
    Wipe and water plants
Find any recipes you will need for the Easter Weekend

Tuesday - Bathrooms, Hall, Stairs and Landings
    Level One
Remove everything from the this area which should not be here and put it where it should be - bungalow brigade - hot spots!
    Level Two
    Clean toilets, sinks and baths/showers
    Wipe all dusty surfaces/paintwork
    Hoover and mop the floor
    Level Three
Airing cupboard - give it a sort, find any spare bedding needed for Easter Guests, hoover and wipe out inside and put back what you need to keep only
    Extras
Sort out all those lonely socks and send them to a better place
HHMe time with a product or two from the bathroom
Replace any sponges, soap, toothbrushes etc which are not pleasant to use

Nothing cluttering my stairs (good job because OH is on crutches!), but the bathroom could do with a bit of decluttering. I don't have an airing cupboard and we also don't have any lonely socks! Plan for me tonight when I get home:

    Quick tidy, dust, hoover lounge
    Levels 1 and 2 from today's list
    15 mins decluttering in lounge

Some of you are just so organised and dedicated! Can't I just be rent-a -slob?
Anyway, so far grand total of activity is:
    gym classes x 2
    wm on
OH horse fed and mucked out
emails read, including new freelance employer letting me know how to make a pay claim, so that's good news (and more paperwork to do now)

er.........that's it really, but I do have lots of plans.

next on list is write letter to old school friend to put in with Easter card, post it with mail survey and other birthday card on my way into town. Need to collect notebook from students (left last time I was there and need it to make aforementioned pay claim) then go to L1dl.

**interrupted by strange phone call from man asking how I was getting on with my Dyson vacuum cleaner. I told him that was odd as I've never owned one. With horror he said "but how do you clean your carpets?" "with another make" I replied.......end of call (apart from being told to have a nice day). Weird.......

Anyway, enough time listing what I need to do (rest of list was finish a report and attack kitchen, study and bedroom which all need some degree of work prior to visitors).
