Oh lovely baby. Bumped into a friend in town today and saw her lovely 6 week old baby.
I'm doing a bit of paperwork whilst DH is at cricket with DS3 but not getting very far.

And for your entertainment...
OH and I have been catching a whiff of a vile smell over the last week or so.. only in 1 room but it was vile.. Anyway today he brought me one of Squeaks boots and stuffed it out for me to sniff.. about 6 inches from my face and said.. I found the stink, What do you think this really bad smell is? ... erm.. the rotting dead mouse inside the boot maybe??
He had inhaled a large lung full and was wretching and wanted me to smell it because he was so pleased he had found the source of the smell... I don't care if the boots were neary £40 they went in the bin!!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Hello.
I've done nothing except set the DW going. Paid stuff manic, and still not finished. Even though I've finished for Easter. I'm still waiting on something that should have arrived at lunchtime. So I'll log on again in the morning, after a quick visit to mr a (empty fridge syndrome).
Can do some catching up tomorrow although I also have:
FIL coming to fit DS bedroom blind
Carpet man coming to fit, erm, carpet
Mum coming for cuppa
Paid stuff to finish
Friend to visit.
Ought to get some dosh to pay for carpet, too...Bossymoo

Sirloin and chips scoffed, dog drugged and walked, DW x 1, WM x 4 pegged out, and the breadmaker is on with an Anchovy and Sundried Tomato loaf. Now to write a few thank you letters and post photos of Dog in her smart winter jacket to her previous owner in lieu of an Easter card while I listen to R4. I love it when OH goes to the pub to watch footie.
Pigpen - he's gorgeous, despite the crumples. Congratulations.Better is good enough.0 -

A bit of indulgence for the bird-lovers, especially my favourite long tailed tits. How about this for a perfectly maintained home:
