I enjoyed the programme and I'm not even a needlework person.

My favourites are the steam punk guy and the older lady.

    Totally agree with you there!

I only saw the second half of the programme, but I loved it!

So good to have a craft programme on tv, missing that since the last Kirsty Allsopp programme finished.

I'm hoping that they make things that aren't clothes. I understand that clothes and tailoring are probably more 'expert' that say, making a cushion cover, but still...... A bit of variety would be nice :)
Can't think of anything smart to put here...

I was very disappointed with the dress the 'expert' lady was wearing. Bad colour and bad fit. For someone with 40 years experience I would expect something spectacular to demonstrate her skills.

Ooh glad theres a thread about this programme!

I caught the programme completely by accident. Decided to give the kitchen a good clean. I got the tablet out to put something on to listen to and I came across it on the iplayer. Unfortunately the kitchen ended up neglected Haha

I loved it. Really inspired me to get back into sewing.

I watched this and enjoyed it too. I am not a great sewer but can do the basics on a machine.

I checked the BBC website for instructions for the laundry bag but couldn't find it, would have liked to have proper instructions to make something instead of trial and error.

I liked the 2 guys and the older lady!

Unfortunately, once you bring in time-constraints to add to the "excitement", what an experienced person might do in real life has to go out of the window.

I paid more attention to what the male judge was saying as for some reason I couldnt warm to the other judge. I loved what the older lady was doing - loved the top she did with the lace and ribbon neckline. Makes me want to drag my machine out of the cupboard under the stairs.

House Party! That was quite a good programme. I used to watch it only occasionally if I was off sick from school, but I did enjoy it.

House Party, that takes me back, used to watch it when the children were small.

What a shame Mark left last night, and Tilly - I was very impressed that she's a relatively new sewer, yet drafts her own patterns.

I did like the quirky skirt which Stuart did.
