WW - poor you. That sounds very severe. Re the quiche - it was maybe the eggs??? Chicken and eggs are usually the main culprits.
Luckily mine is a very mild version ........
I only recognised the symptoms because I had it several years ago. Last time it took nearly 3 weeks - thankfully this time it's not nearly so bad. It's the cramps that are the worst part - very painful.
Enjoy your night out.
Don't forget Fab Friday tomorrow.0 -
Hi all,
WW - fab news on the possible promotion, fingers crossed! It's about time they appreciated all the extra work you put in
LL - hope you're feeling a bit better x
Well, they haven't rung me about the job so thinking that's a no. I do wish people would bother letting you know though. I can kind of understand with applications as they must get so many but surely not that many for interviews that you can't drop them a quick phone call or email? Ah well, have been applying for lots more so hopefully something will come up soon.
I did remember Fab Friday for a change! Am wearing a purple jersey style dress with patterned tights and a long necklace that I dug out the drawer because I haven't worn it in ages. Even did my nails, they're a dark bluey purple with a silver shimmery coat over the top - have come out quite for me putting random layers on top of each other :rotfl:
Hope everyone is having a good day x0 -
Pod - it is annoying when they don'y have the courtesy to let you know:mad:
Off out tonight to the school do and the emergency maxi dress ordered from Next last night has come - looks ok, need to try it on though.
I'm really tired today so will need to slap on dome "face" and hope that the wine sees me through!
Hope everyone had a Fab Friday??0 -
I've had a Fab Friday - super smart today for work with perfectly applied make up slightly more than natural look for my brilliant voluntary work place. Trying to hook a fish in there!
Then back home for long dog walk, out for 40min run, made a low kcal egg custard for puds for next few days
Excellenty day all around! Also STS this week - on track with weight maintaining
LL - Hope you feel better soon

Quick Post as I couldn't read and run.
That fascinated me sparkles. Is this a 'job' fish or a 'plenty more fish in the sea' sort of thing that you're trying to hook????
Hope you have a good night ww. Some lovely maxi dresses around. I keep wondering what lizzie's going to choose for the wedding.
Did do well for Fab Friday. I went out to lunch and wore a wrap around dress with matching cardi. Had to wear proper tights unfortunately. I've got to hate these with a vengeance, nasty prickly synthetic things. I wish we could go from opaques to bare legs in one jump but weather doesn't seem to agree with me!
Off for a short break in UK on Monday. Touring around (Buxton/Chester/Portmeirion/Shrewsbury) a bit. I'm with a group and a tightish timetable otherwise I'd call in to see LL but I'll be thinking of you. I'm sure I'll need to rein in eating when I get back but your supposed to indulge on holiday. It's the law!;)0 -

Hope you enjoy your break x
As for me today - just the usual cleaning to fab the house up while it rains and do some reading for uni and do a bit of exercise, If I do all that I'll be very pleased indeed.

I am definitely too old for boozing and dancing these days!
A quiet day recovering is on the cards - not looking or feeling very fab - but I had a fab time (I think!):rotfl:0 -

Must have been good if you don't remember!!:rotfl:
Not much going on here today. Pottering about, tiny bit of shopping, empty washing basket, eat up/freeze any fresh food still around.
Last Premiership match tomorrow and as we've survived (just:)) then we can go and enjoy it.0
