Hi rose wood, the sugar in fruit is natural sugar and the only kind the body can naturally break down it's not the same sugar as a doughnut for example.

Give the jason vale juice master website a look he goes into it in more detail..

    Hope that helps x

Welcome aboard the fab train everyone!

It's an ace ride - starts off slowly with little tiny steps forward then picks up speed leaving thepast far behind heading off to fabulous land!

As for me not much to report apart from 'Just for today I went for a walk around the waterpark after work in the bright chilly sun' - made mself do it as I feel made up with cold again after starting with it yesterday.

'Just for today I have bought any clothes' as I'm going for a no spend April and taking it day by day.

So ladies, that is my fabness today and I was told today I look well which was very nice. I got there 18mths ago joining this thread and taking little steps each day and week and then it became part of my daily routine.

Thank you all its lovely your all saying hi ;)

I jumped in with both feet tonight and put a mud face mask on and pre wash conditioner then had a shower and used some body scrub :):)

Feeling really nice now I'm curled up with pj's now on couch. Just what the doctor ordered after being at the dentist tonight after work....

    A reasonably successful 24h for me :D

Lats night I exfoliated and moisturised top to toe and then smother myself in moisturiser. I did the full cleanse, tone and moisturising routine on my face and I filed and buffed my nails.

This morning I put on some makeup and a nice dress and spent time with an old friend catching up on all our news. Then this afternoon I did some exercise :j which was fun.

Not done too well with the healthy eating, but one step at a time ;)

Have started the fabbing process by ordering an eyebrow/lash dying kit from Amazon, so when that arrives I'll do my brows.
Did a lot of exercise yesterday and also ate well but then ruined it by eating a ton of chocolate.

Just for today I will not eat any chocolate or sweets!

    Morning all!
I spent an hour or so making a list on my diary here of the jobs that need doing in the house and otherwise and realised that there's a lot to do.
I've broken it down into a mini list for today that includes lots of springcleaning and sorting out.

I'll try to go for a run today too and continue to stick to the diet.

    Let the house fabbing commence!

Good morning everyone and a nice big heloo to all our newbies.

Our merry little band is growing. The message is spreading. Fabulousness is slowly taking over the nation.:j

Well the next few days are cancelled. I have put my back out again. Soooo frustrating. I can't even get in the bath for a good soak to ease the pain.

The physio has strapped and taped me up so hopefully that will help the healing process.

So my just for today is a series of stretches every hour or so to try and keep reasonably mobile.

Obviously no driving so will do an on-line ASDA grocery shop. I think from now on no more lugging heavy groceries around. :o

Have a good day, for me it's the sofa and a nice DVD and a bit of gentle pottering.

    Morning all,

LL - how annoying, hope you feel better soon - and yes, stop the lugging heavy bags around *slaps wrist* online shop or take your boys along. (although if they're anything like my OH probably makes the shop twice as expensive :rotfl:) I agree though, nice to see Fabbing is taking over! :T

Lizzie - glad you're getting back on it. Sorry to hear dd is struggling a bit, it is hard work without a job at the moment, think crisis loans have been cancelled as well which would have been my previous advice :( Maybe point her in the direction of somewhere like CCCS, they could help her do a budget and negotiate payment plans with the people she's behind with.

Welcome to the new peeps :j as EH says just start with baby steps and it will soon build up.

Dom - I'm really lazy with skincare but have a very basic routine of just cleansing wash and moisturiser. I have an eye roller for when I remember it as I do get dark circles (not that it seems to do a great deal for them :o) and I also have a pack of cleansing wipes on the bedside table so if I forget or am having a really lazy day I can at least use those. I'm quite lucky that I have pretty good skin so have managed to get away with using very little over the years but am aware that as I'm getting older that's probably not going to continue so need to get into better habits now!

Sweetcheeks - I did the 'student' look for probably way too many years :rotfl:I do like to be comfy so I'll often still wear jeans but teamed with a nicer top and maybe a fitted cardi/jacket rather than a hoodie, or a jersey dress with tights is still easy and comfy (and I do love coloured/patterned tights :)) or smarter work trousers can make a big difference. Try places like supermarkets or charity shops for some cheap buys where you can experiment a bit with what suits you.

Anyway, I seem to have rambled for a bit there so moving on! :o Have been feeling a bit fed up and out of sorts this week, had pretty much decided not to go to my meetup last night, but then thought that I probably wasn't doing myself much good by sitting in so forced myself. It was quite good, nice to get out and get distracted a bit. Does mean didn't get any fabbing done, must sort my hair and nails tonight!
OH back at the dentist today, he needs 4 fillings sorted so having I think 2 today and 2 next week. £82 - which I suppose could have been worse but is still money I have to try and find from what is a rather slim budget this week :( Haven't managed to get any writing done for over a week either so really need to try and get on tonight.
Hope everyone is having a good day x

    The world even!!!:D

Welcome to newbies :wave:good to 'meet' you.

So sorry to hear about your back LL, you'll just have to take physio's advice and do the rest/exercise rotation. It's so debilitating you just can't risk making it worse. I had a few back problems last year and DH was threatening to come food shopping me. Like pod I wanted to avoid the expense of this.;)What I'd been doing was putting all the shopping in two huge bags and then straining my back lifting them from the trolley to the car. He made a simple suggestion that I split the shopping into more bags so that each one was easy to lift. Why did that never occur to me??? I know it doesn't help if you don't take the car but it's certainly helped me.

Lizzie, to put in my two penn'eth I think you're right not to lend your daughter money. It may be tough love but I think it's necessary. She has to learn not to ignore bills. If you feel bad, you could always invite her round for a meal to save a bit on her food shop but that's enough. Anyhow, you need to save for your wedding outfit! Any ideas?

I'm still keeping up with all my basic fabbing rules. I was away at the weekend in Liverpool and was amazed at how soft the water is there compared to where I live in the South. Result was that my hair, although beautifully soft and shiny, was very unruly and flat. Back to bulking it out with chalk' yesterday and it looks much better.;)

My fabbing today will be doing a meal plan and a big shop (in several bags) and I want to start a bit of spring cleaning. I'm planning to wash ornaments and use real polish on wood furniture room by room. I'll be happy if a couple get done today. Washing curtains and covers is needed but as it's still wintery showers here that'll have to wait.

    Back soon.
