It wasn't me that got it :)

There are apps that say they do that, don't see how they can really unless they have records on everything in the world.....

They have a lot. The rest you programme in. Most people eat the same things more than once so worth the minute or so to put in the data.

I'm still on the 5:2 'diet', which is by far the longest I've ever stuck to any kind of diet plan (3 months and counting now).

Good grief, don't come on over the weekend and there's a lot of catching up to do1

Bar a stupid diet, my most succesful and the one I return to is to eat within a 5 hour period. As I get up quite early, I start to eat around 3, 3.30 and then finish around 8 - can be pushed back if I am out for a meal in the evening. I always found that if I didn't start to eat, then I didn't want to - trouble is when I start, I don't stop. Apparently it's due to limbic hunger.

there's a free downloadable book if anyone is interested.

@singlesue, I hope your shoulder is better, it sounds very painful.

I've always said to people "I don't eat breakfast, because once I start eating I can't stop". If I don't start until lunchtime I'll be eating less.

Cor! Bonus. Never heard of that anywhere else.... and I guess if the headed paper says "Clap Clinic" then they don't get many people using it :)

Easy to forge though I'd have thought.

    Hope you are ok sweets.

I couldn't find where I stashed next size down trousers this morning, so am in really annoying track suit trousers from a supermarket that fall down. Seriously stupid design. In more clothing woe my bra is fitting all wrong too, the cups are too big (I have weird boobs that are the only part of me that shrinks before my period unlike normal women) but the wires are digging in for some reason. This is NoT the squeaky/creaky bra.

Tonight I really have to root around the backs of drawers for better fitting things for tomorrow!

Well, there goes £50 ... and it wasn't even a full tank (which is closer to £80). Got my hybrid cigs + proper ones (can't drive with roll your own as it's dangerous)..... so that was: fuel, fags, fizzy and a £82 spend. Heck... I don't even earn that/week! :)

    ... letting agents ...

Letting agents do not want to know whether the place is tidy, or decluttered, or anything else. They want to know whether there is anything that needs repairing, and whether the tenant has damaged anything. The inspections are irritating and intrusive, but it's not actually necessary to get the place looking perfect for them. I'm afraid 3 times a year is about standard. :(
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
