...how about a little white lie ...
I don't do little lies, of any colour. I couldn't do it. Also, I think the market's changed and I'd get caught out.

    No funny stuff for me......

Could be any number of things: regs you don't know about; things that tend to delay an easy PP being granted; flow through the house; the way pipes and electrics run; room sizes optimised.

Any chance of two NP scans (yours and his), so we can comment (be nosey)?

So, on a "per head" basis, looks like us single renters are paying out shedloads more than [a] you rich bugg4hs couples.... no matter how Mansionous your houses are! Yet we live in broom cupboards.

    :)

    Mine's £610.

It's a good job I put up expanding curtain poles and nets when I moved in ..... sitting here in my pants and the LL's face was at the window as she was passing things to her husband on the roof.

I should shout out "remember Rod Hull".

Wish I'd had some warning - I'd have cut the grass and cleared all the fag ends/pots out of the garden!!!

    Did I mention... renting sucks?

Anyone else watching the returned on channel 4 btw? Superb stuff so far.
50 mins of quality suspense, & I think I've got it, then the last 10 mins blams a sideways bosher round yer head!

I really like how the music enhances the show too.
