They had a very interesting sign up in the Indian GP's. "Ultrasound: We will NOT tell you the child's sex."
I have a strong feeling that it's illegal in India to tell the parents (or anyone else) the gender of an unborn child, because the girls then disproportionately get aborted....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

Sorry, I meant to link to what it is now.
Although I know that most of you have found my Facebook, can I get you to remove the link, please?
Thank you!💙💛 💔0 -

Maybe I use mine differently to you lot. I sleep on them.
Duvet covers last forever, I think.
Isaac's got 3 to choose from at home. One is a cover my Nanna passed on to my parents when they married, and I used as a child. A second was given to OH by his grandmother.
The third is from my boarding school years, and has name tapes with my name and my boarding house on it.
Oddly enough, Isaac seems unbothered by the pink-with-little-flowers on duvet cover, the one my Nanna passed on. He doesn't seem to have grasped the boys-hate-flowers-and-pink rule, yet....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Today was a lovely day for me.
OH and Isaac returned late last night from Israel, where they'd been for Passover. OH said that on Friday night, at a family sabbath meal, there were 25 people present, and 15 of them were under the age of 10. There was a bet to see who could name all 15 in descending age order, which no-one won, because the children kept moving about, apparently.
Today is my birthday, and I've reached the grand age of 35, so I'm now officially elderly!
We came down to Kent, to my parents' place, in time for lunch. My mother is definitely looking a lot better for her holiday, and they seem to have had a lovely time, although the shingles is still giving her trouble. She had cooked a lovely lunch, based on a local lamb that had no food miles - it was from about 450 yards away, I'm assured.
It's bleeding nippy, though. Everyone's gone to bed except for me, and I'm up because I let the dogs out for a final nighttime wee, and one of them has pushed off. I've tried calling, now I'm going to wait 10 minutes and try again, see if he's turned up. Little sod!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
I looked up our postcode on the site, seems like b0llocks to me:
Category
Urban Prosperity
Group
Educated Urbanites
Type
Suburban privately renting professionals
Suburban? Really? It's bang in the centre of London, EC postcode!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

That's what happens when you trust a computer to do things.
Our business postcode (on Europe's largest industrial estate) comes up as privately rented professional, so don't worry too much!

biros are no good for use in bed because they don't work the wrong way up for more than a word or two.
(and Cult Pens is one of my favourite ever websites - great for all penaholics out there).
I hope penaholics is an acceptable word - it does look a bit dodgy..0 -
I'm not sure about my current postcode but the one I just left was the whitest in Sydney apparently.0
