Personally I am also in the can't stand tuna and can't even stand the smell of it if other people are eating it - still it is a sure way for DW to keep herself safe from any amorous advances....
Does she eat it often, then?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
PN, that's wimping out (-:...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

Too expensive
I used to be quite conservative in restaurants. Now I know if I don't like it and don't eat it the world doesn't end. What I would do if eating alone is something new and something safe...so if I were ordering something a bit out there as a main course I might opt to get a starter (where as if I know I like it I will only order one or other because of the capacity factor!). Or take a leap of faith if there is something for pudding you might like that's enough to tied you over till the next baguette and baked beans or frozen kebab:D:)0 -
MSE dilemna.
I went to Boots after I came out of court, to buy some moisturiser, conditioner, and a present for my sister's birthday. I saw she'd got come very posh bath and shower stuff, that she liked, and thought I'd get it.
As a result of Boots' 2-for-the-price-of-3 thingy, her posh bath stuff was £0, instead of £12.
Is it just mean to give it to her? Or sensible?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Can I just suggest if anyone has shares in Pizza Hut or Papa Johns, you might want to sell them now.
Haven't ordered anything from them in well over a month now thanks to this diet, and the text/email offers are getting ever more frequent and desperate sounding.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

But outside it's wellying down. I'm going to go and hurl some stuff in a bag for our weekend with my parents, better concentrate on the woolies, I think!
I'm just about to light te wood burner. Ridiculous, truly ridiculous near the end of may.0 -

Both.
Which is exactly why you should....:D“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Sensible. IMO.
Otherwise you might have bought the other stuff more cheaply elsewhere.0 -
