I'm just about to get it. Turned freezing cold a bit of a breeze picked up and the sky has gone very, very dark.
I love this sort of weather though.0 -

Same here. We were due to get 3" of rain in 24 hours. I reckon we got it too.0 -
Unless you're spending money/buying stuff - there's nowhere to go when it's cold/wet/windy. At least if it's hot you can just shuffle and amble about for free.0

When it's 45C you need to find air con. Too hot to amble. If you go inland a bit, quite a bit TBH, then it can hit 50C in the summer and the power isn't always reliable.0 -
PN I missd what your previous avatar was, the one that looked like dull green blob? What was it?
Try advertising dog walking services, unless you are not a dog person, they go out no matter what the weather! And you get some money!0 -

Whereas to me if it is cold wet and horrible outside that is the ideal time to jump under the duvet and get warm and comfortableI think....0 -
Cities excel on overly cold times...free museums and galleries.0

But even if not, I don't think the law requires a warning when you're under attack and reasonably in fear of imminent serious harm, or when the immediate use of lethal force is necessary to prevent serious injury or death to a third party.
AIUI, the requirement is for officers to issue one where circumstances allow, but nobody expects an officer to allow himself to be beheaded because there wasn't time to warn before shooting!
It's better not to shoot than to shoot (if you can avoid it ) Bullets aren't like they show on TV: it is possible for someone to carry on and kill you after they've been shot, or for the bullet to miss and go into someone else.
Plus, in any terrorist incident, it is considered best to get them alive if you can for interogation.“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”

I am so fed up trying to meal plan for this weather. I have no idea what to serve to my beloved this weekend.0
