Because he thought that proper-tea was theft.....

I have up coffee sometime...um, last year I think? Sort of. I try it every now and again but the love has gone. . I want to love it again but just don't.

I was brought up drinking coffee... instant coffee. We never had tea at home. In later years, there was a box of tea in the kitchen solely for when my BIL visited and wanted tea..... then, after dad died, I took mum out to an OAP group and she was asked "tea or coffee" and replied "tea". I said "but you always drink coffee" - and she turned and said "Oh that was him, he drank coffee..... I always wanted tea...."

And I just thought .... so why did you never buy any, have any, ever.....?

It has always smelled much better to me than it tastes - always a disappointment when you taste it.

I probably would have been, especially as this is the second time this year.

I'm only saying what everyone's thinking, though. Having a friend (Sonja Skoric) on the Serbian delegation didn't help with that, neither did several people tweeting it shortly afterwards!
