Oh yes another non smoker, non drinker and no drugs here.

The ideal of an ice cold beer does tempt me but I find it makes me feel nauseous long before I feel chilled.
    I think....

My driving is all in little bits, but lots of them. I don't hate driving or anything like that, but I would hate to have to clock up the numbers of hours that people like CK and Hamish find unremarkable, or at least not on a regular basis.

My driving has reduced a lot in recent years, but I currently drive about 25K-30K miles a year in the car for work and another 5K a year on motorbikes for fun.

I find it quite relaxing and productive actually. Can make a lot of phone calls for work, think about the businesses, and the scenery up here is beautiful most of the time.

    Crikey.

We may have to rename this the Nice Teetotallers thread.

I smoke, drink, and will happily admit to being quite 'experimental' in my Uni days, although not for the last couple of decades.

I have never smoked, do prescription drugs only and drink a relatively small amount.

Driving is now 11000 miles a year nearly all of which is my commute. I am just not up to long drives any more, and I hate having to test my bloods before every time I drive...I tend to not bother:( If I go on a longer/unfamiliar journey I do check though and put a drink and snack in the car. It makes me feel like I am taking an infant out..and it is only me.

No longer smoke, don't drink much but love the stuff.....

Drive....used to a lot, now drive as little as possible. Used to love it. Think I still would if I had a really nice car but don't like either to which I have access to. NO idea of annual mileage though. So e weeks it can be as low as station and back once.

I smoked during my undergrad days, gave up when I left that city the year after graduating. Still fancy one sometimes, but have tried a couple in the last decade and didn't enjoy it.

    I definitely drink.

I think he says it's rehearsals and stuff. I don't know why it's so far in advance of the actual thing.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

There are semi-finals. I think there are almost 40 countries which enter but only 20-something go through.
The UK always goes into the finals because we pay a large wadge of the cost to put it on. This despite the fact that, for years, the voting has been so politically motivated that we're unlikely ever to win ........ particularly when we have ruddy awful songs, too :rotfl:
