I thought that most men look at all the ladies that go by. I know my father was still doing so in his eighties. But, that's look, not touch or proposition. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
It adds to the evidence that there is something I am doing to encourage this kind of behaviour
I suspect that it's just that you are very beautiful.
I've only once been groped by someone I was not close to, and that was by a man! (Told him to buggah off, which he did, and I didn't feel intimidated by him as he was a bit of a weed.)No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Nothing wrong with lookingit's when it becomes leering that it's more of a problem!

I suspect its more likely that I look like I'll be grateful0 -
One of the most successful philanderers I know is a gentle chap who is very good at empathy and has had umpteen affairs.... I cannot feel sorry for his current wife...as she had knowingly entered a relationship with him when he was married to his first wife.
The man who marries his mistress creates a vacancy?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Yep. The silly guilty feeling bit where you have an over developed sense of responsibility for the actions of blokes with egos bigger than their morals.
Couldn't agree more. It's not your fault that this man is a sleeze ball.I thought that most men look at all the ladies that go by. I know my father was still doing so in his eighties. But, that's look, not touch or proposition.
I agree with you - unless you mean the sort of "look" that resembles a border collie having a lump of meat waved in front of its eyes....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

I first thought you meant the house of lords....
....on the topic du jour, if you display part of your breast it is against nature for a guy not to look at it even if we try our hardest not too.I think....0 -
Silvercar - I thought the house looked oversized for the width of the plot, it was not my cup of tea.
That's what happens when you are hemmed in between London and the green belt - land is at a premium. Having a 200 foot back garden is a real bonus and goes some way to make up for the narrow width of the plot.michaels wrote:I reckon it is no bigger than ours and worth almost twice as much - I thought the dining table looked particularly out of place.
Ye but (a) its detached and (b) its nearer London.
Be interesting to see the quality of the kitchen and bathrooms.
I understand that the furnishings are more suited to their other home (that they came from and are going back to).I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Geeky alert. Just watched Dara O'Brian and School of Hard Sums on Dave at 8pm.
