To say the least, & goes against the principles of natural justice.
There has to be a reason for refusing disclosure surely?
It's their procedure apparently.
That's fine. We have a suitable response.. It's just frustrating that nothing is simple and straightforward.
We have at any time the option to move to legal proceedings, but want at the worst outcome from this stage to be seen to have given fair chance to this procedure. Tbh, these people are not trading standards and have no actual legal 'shove' anyway. I am not at all confident this will not go to legal proceedings. Or rather I am fairly certain it's headed that way. But one has to do everything correctly and not with a hot head. That means giving this fair chance really. Though no reason one cannot light a small but charged fire under a seat.
My guess is the heating company have refuted facts (fair enough, but we need to see on what basis) and probably have mentioned they find us difficult. We are big enough not to get riled by that, and in fact, would suit us quite well if they have said something along those lines. We haven't done that, of course.Tbh, it's true, they are finding us difficult to deal with. It's always difficult when you are in the wrong.

I hate those days, sometimes in life there just seems to be a run of things that go wrong and it just feels like a pattern. I also hate manouvering in the rain but have to admit that when I grazed the car bumper on the garage door it was fully light and dry.
I guess we just have to accept it is nothing personal, as the bumper sticker says: sh it happens
I've been having a carp 4 weeks if that helps....I think....0 -
Sad news from Nestle factory man crushed by boxes of chocolate. He shouted "milky bars are on me" everyone just cheered.0

Well, something is working right, my little sitting room is 21 degrees today!! I have a very pink face from sitting too close to the woodburner in the warm room and I am not freezing.
(Interestingly I would normally be too warm at 21 degrees but I am not today).0 -

Does the Arbitration Act 1996 apply to this, then? Can DH explain, please? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

I am so pleased that, at last, you are warm enough. :j:j:jNo reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

D you mean can dh explain here or to them?
Dh is dealing with them, but is being very careful ATM to let them lead the pace so that he has some 'stuff to work with'. They have not responded to his response to that issue today.0 -
