evening all not managed to get a lot done today,
decluttered 2 books from kindle tho, couldnt sleep last night, and as hubby was a sleep i couldnt do any work in our room so read a couple of books instead then deleted them.
had dentist this morning, got hubby to drive me due to lack of sleep, came home planning on having a cuppa, then getting stuck in but fell asleep for a few hours instead, so beef ended up in the oven later than i wanted, its still cooking now lol.
ok so maybe done a little more than i thought decluttered 2 books off kindle, decluttered beef from freezer, and carrots and swede from the fridge, and potatoes from the potaoe bucket lol, does that count :)

gonna find something to do now after i check on the food again. maybe start ticking things off my packing list and get everything packed now that arent last minute packing bits.

    :D * insert evil cackle*

I have decluttered a mozzie which has been annoying me indoors on the past two evenings; went into the bathroom this morning and there it was, resting very conveniently on the wall tiles. Fetched a newspaper and thwack! the little beggar is gone.

Will be taking a considerable amount of stuff off the premises this weekend but today it's just a quiet one; work and stuff. Will make sure to sling the rubbish into the communal bins on my way out of the block, did the recycling yesterday so am well caught up on that.

I had a cataglogue thru the post yesterday, gave it a quick glance and then off into the recycling. No point keeping it around, to repeatedly browse, on the offchance I might decide to buy something later. There'll always be another chance.

Keep up with the good works, lovely peeps. GQ xx

Old carpet out to recycling centre.

1 more item chucked on ebay.. pair of outgrown converse.

3 more binbags out.. I went upstairs and found a bag already filled and grabbed another bag and filled that in about 2 minutes flat! I also got another from the back room. and 2 more for CS.. the back room looks sooooo much better.. I have a pile of rabbit stuff for a friend and all the toys in the front room.. they need a massive sort out.. I am dreading doing it but it must be done so I shall insist OH helps and crack on over the weekend. I wonder if my sister would have the girls while I get them done with OH helping..

I should learn to ask for help and this may be step 1.. if I can do it!!

Box of ebay stuff still not photographed.. but I will get there!

    Well done, pigpen.

Psychologically, it's hard to think about sorting toys out, but it is lovely when they are sorted and you soon forget the stuff that is gone in the joy of rediscovering other toys that become more appealing when there is space to play and see them.

  • Got all of one item out of the house - dropped in a rubbish bin on the way to the tube.

Builder-type chap (and colleague) came around the other day, so my embarrassment is complete. I'd done nothing about tidying - just spent the weekend stressing over it so much, I'd worked myself up into a panic attack. Typical.

Anyway, the only way is up. Right? (I always hated that song).

    I'm on a roly-poly...

I went upstairs to do a few ebay pics.. I managed 6 photo's!

I then decided to fill a binbag with rubbish.. so I managed.. 4!!! 3 from the girls room and another 2 for charity shop! I've been shifting beds and the futon and sorted through a few boxes of toys.. OH loaded the books back on the bookcase. I even found half a room to vacuum. I have 5 boxes of clothes to filter through to see what I will keep and what I will get rid of, I have a box full for a friends 1 year old already.. I have 3 coats to wash and pop in for her too.. :)

Going to have a cuppa and list these few bits I pic'd.. or I will when I can find my phone charger!!!
