Trying to concentrate on losing weight it is so expensive to eat healthy fruit etc is extortionate. On a positive note I have lost 5lb in a week so a good start hoping to get 2 off a week from now on. I can't possibly wear a bikini looking like I do !! 2 months hoping to get at least a stone off.

Have been reading your diary but not posting but thought I would now that you have trying to eat more healthily. You don't necessarily have to eat fresh fruit, both frozen and tinned fruit is also OK. Veg is probably better than fruit anyway. Again, tinned or frozen is good.

Thanks I need to buy some frozen veg I am just extremely fussy I don't like frozen or tinned fruit.
Although just been on the bank and I really need to try and like them..as well as stop the fags again.

Good luck. You gave up the fags before, you can do it again. I tried loads of times to give up before finally giving up properly just over 2 years ago. I know how difficult it is but for the sake of your health and your wealth I really urge you to do it again. Have you spoken to your GP about giving up? You can get patches, sprays, tablets etc on prescription if you go to smoking cessation via your GP, which is of course much cheaper than buying them over the counter.

I still have 1 1/2 months supply of zero nicotine patches just need to put them on as I am not drinking it should be ok. Just wish I had never had that one last time I had managed 3 months.

Well I have paid in 2 cheques into my account so that is 30 pound in my account. My last debt really not moving I need to see how much a full and final will be.

Well I have done a lovely walk today about 8 miles, unfortunately I went to add a and bought Ben and Jerry s Ice cream and ate it !!!! (Big tub at that)
I will get back on track tomorrow must be organised tomorrow need to sort packed lunches etc for Monday. I have made chilli and Bolognese tonight to put in the freezer. So meals sorted for the evenings.

Well walked 3 miles today dog didn't want to go any further lol. I need to clean glittering today if I can reach. Must do some ironing also house needs tidying but far to nice to be indoors.
Back to work tomorrow not looking forward at all.

Productive day bathroom cleaned, gutters cleaned, garden swept, all ironing completed, amazing tea and packed lunch for everybody all done. Salad for OH and myself and sandwiches and fruit for children. All children's bags packed so hoping morning runs smoothly.
Also tea is prepared for tomorrow so I just have to put some pasta on when I walk through the door.

Wow what a difference being organised makes I am ready children aren't but I can sit for 10 mins before they need to be moving.
34 school days after today not that I am counting.
