Well been shopping today bought myself a new pair of trainers and a t shirt OH bought me a dress for holiday.
On residential this week so needed more trainers lots of walking etc outward bound activities let's hope we have Sun.

I wish the weather would decide what to do. No rain but no nice bright sunshine either. Gym this morning then really must come home and tidy up. Need to fit in some exercise for me at some point my lovely nana sent me a bottle of wine over and I seem to have drank it all not very good for diet. I must try and keep on track.

Weather is the same here too, grey clouds and very overcast but no rain and it's still really warm?! was the same for most of yesterday and we only had a splattering of rain as I managed to get 2 washes dried on the line! Shopping sounds fun, I can't remember the last time we went clothes shopping, I do miss it sometimes but need to replenish savings pots before thinking about that xx

Well washing up done, washer on and been for a 5 mile walk wore new trainers and blisters appearing. Not good must try get some better socks.
Shopping was nice I never usually get anything and as my wardrobe is very empty I do need some clothes for holiday. OH said he will possibly get me something else next month th very kind of him. Did offer to get me more next yesterday but I said no.
Have some washing on line hope it dries.

Well it was weigh day today I have lost 3 pound this week which means 12 lb in 4 wks that leaves me a good stone to go before holidays. OH and I seem to be getting on really well just lately which really does make a change lol. Think we are both reading the same song sheet for a change.
Although he had a blip day and bought roof sheets for garage going into his overdraft charges are daily from today on his account although he has had no correspondence to this. I have for one of my accounts so I transferred funds into his which should be back in my account on Friday.

Long day went for a lovely walk this morning at work and another with a friend between shifts. Not swam this week only solos so not exercise. I am going on a residential on Thursday so should be plenty of exercise just don't know about food.

Really should be downloading word and filling in application form!! Still thinking should I really do it if I get the job back to 46 miles a day travel instead of 4. I know at the place I get more job satisfaction but still undecided have to have it done today and sent.
I don't get paid at work until 1015 so today I have come home washed up had a coffee and strawberries for breakfast let the dog out and sorted washing. Need to get something out of the freezer for tea should also really pack for residential.
Going to update signature with debt to mum may help me try find a little more to get rid quicker. Still no response from DD s claim which is putting strain on at the minute as she is still doing all her activities.

Well I need to go to bed getting picked up at 7 in the morning for residential !!! Got an extension on job have to complete on Sat so they have on Monday. So going to my mams to sort it.
Think I will be wiped out on Friday apparently a tiring 2 days.

What an amazing 2 days I have had not good on weight loss ate all sorts and have come back today via the fish shop ...but I have thoroughly enjoyed the activities hate migies bit to death gorge walking was good but being at the reservoir was best canoeing rafts swimming g was fab.

Well a payment made to bank of Mum really need to start trying to find some extra income. Still no letter from postman.
