Today my farm foods had 2 boxes of pop tarts for £2.50. Very berry and apple ones. They are about £2.50 for 1 box elsewhere.

That's fine if you like them.

It infuriates me that shops have so many offers on junk though. It hardly helps the healthy eating campaign.

I know offers on meat and fruit and veg do exist but it seems that the rubbish ones are far more prevalent.

Our local FF has loads of offers on healthy food: fresh fruit & veg, fish, fresh meat and great salads!

Also the 4 packs of Special K cracker crisps are a steal at 29p :D

I was making a general point about special offers and junk food.
I agree that FF has improved its fresh and chilled range considerably. I've been really pleased with the large bags of potatoes there recently and often the other fruit and veg is competitively priced.

Is anyone else having trouble finding the bags of frozen summer fruit in stock? The label is still there saying "Summer Fruits 3 for £2" but the freezer compartment has been empty for weeks! Is it just my local Farmfoods that's affected?
