BTW I hit 1005 points this evening. Still couldn't cashout. You need to cashout over 1000 points, which would be the £30 paypal withdrawal for 1087 points. Sorry for having to break that to people.
I'm really assuming this is just for the first time people withdraw and after that it changes.0 -

Are there actually any rewards that are dead on 1000 then? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I just wanted to contribute to say that I too am awaiting the points for the cat food survey and seem to be getting told different stories. The latest is to let them know by Mon 20.05.13 if I have not received the points.
There was another yesterday that was for 60 points and I got all the way to the end of the survey only to get a message to say it was closed, unfortunately I didn't take the survey num first so nothing I can do about that
There seem to have been loads of probs since they changed the website, is anyone able to access the surveys from the website? I can click on email links but nothing happens if I click from the survey page0 -

Yes everytime I message them about it they say wait 3 weeks but even though I say that I have already waited 3 weeks from the last message they just reply with exactly the same message! Makes me so mad too :mad:0 -
I suppose it's only natural there are glitches with a new system so let's see how it pans out before we start getting in a tizz
As I've said before, keep on messaging them if you feel your issue hasn't been resolved or you are unhappy with their response,it took me a while but I got there eventually.
The cat food diary took 6-8 msgs before I got the 40 compensation points and I finally got credited with the smoking survey points a few days ago after a few complaints. For anyone else waiting on word of this one it paid 260 points which I think is around £7.50,happy days.
@katrina00uk: They do state that a cheque can take 6-8 weeks to arrive which is just about in the time frame you said you've been waiting and I've found it normally takes the latter.I hope you've got your cheque by now.0 -
Did anyone here take part in the recent pain medication diary/forum?(It ended a week ago today).I was wondering if anyone knows what the study incentive was and if they have received it yet.
I completed all the tasks but two and was curious how much I'll be penalized for this.I do wish these survey sites would let you refer to previous surveys on their homepage as it's difficult to locate the invites.Even if you do very little information can be gleaned from these, quite frustrating.0 -

Project F...?
If it is the same one, I did it through another site and was credited the end of last week.0 -
On my email invite the cat food diary said I would be rewarded with 434 points for completing it for 10 days or more (which I did) and I started it 19.03.13 - it does seem a long time to wait for the points. I have sent 5 emails regarding this, at one point (after 2 emails to them and them confirming it was complete and would hit my acct soon) they said it was incomplete and to click on the link again - I did this and got a message to say it was complete so sent them another email to confirm it was completed and they advised the points would be in my acct in 7 working days and to let them know if I hadn't received. As I haven't received them I emailed again this morning and received this response
"We expect that to be in the next week as it is a unique and extensive survey. If your account is not credited till then please send a new note with survey number and we will check again. Thanks for your patience! "
I'm not getting in a tizzbut it was a lengthy survey and I don't like the feeling that I am being fobbed off. If they had told me on my first email that it would take this long rather than sending all these different confusing responses I would have expected the delay
