    Ninth Anniversary Combo Breaker
I was new to GTM last month and claimed my first cashout last Friday for £30 paypal.

I got to 1000 and it wouldn't let me cash out until I claimed one voucher of at least 1000 points, the nearest was 1087 (£30).

I expected to be able to get to 1000 points and claim smaller amounts but maybe because that was my first cash out - customer service were pretty good though so seems really odd that you can't cash out - are you trying to cash out as one voucher?

Did you get the "congrats we have added points to your account" message ?

Or was it the "sorry, you have screened out and we've given you 10 draw entries in to the quarterly sweepstakes" ?

Keep the survey email invites, keep them a day or so and then contact support
  • After 7 or 8 months of progressively angrier e-mails (and I'm normally quite docile!) GTM finally credited me with a sizeable chunk of the points they owed me,in the end I got 569 points (roughly £15).

The whole mess seems to have occurred due to their shiny new website switch over and although I don't anticipate anything like that in future I'll be paying much more attention to survey numbers as without these I wouldn't have got anything at all,so take note! They're crucial if you're trying to claim uncredited points.

I was affronted at being fobbed off with automated replies for those months but I kept pestering them and it paid off in the end.For anyone in the same position I would encourage you to adopt the tenacious terrier approach (surely the MSE way?) and not give up. ;)

Many thanks again to katrina00uk for providing the cat food diary survey number and information, without her help I wouldn't have got credited and it made up the bulk of the missing points. :T

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a reward through from globaltestmarket after ordering it?

I have just hit the amount for £50 amazon gift cert and am wanting to use it by the end of the month on a PS4, just wondering if I'll have time to get it up to £60. Do they send it instantly or should I allow a week or so like Swagbucks?

Thanks for that, I reckon I'll keep going for another £10 before I cash out then. :)
