Also lots of people I see who, like myself, can't login at all, and just keep getting sent automated form responses when they try to contact GTM about it. Looks like I can forget about my 1000+ points, and that I've probably done that other 450-point study for nothing. That's at least £40 they owe me that I'm probably never going to see.

    Same here.

"An unexpected error occurred while accessing the Perks system. Please try again. "

was working fine until I hit literally 1000 points ...

You can't cash out at 1000, you have to have over 1000 so realistically you need a minimum of 1087 to redeem a voucher and you have to claim it all in one go.

The perks system is working fine for me.

Have you tried this link (loggin first)

Well I am still waiting for them to send a decent reply to me, not a stupid automated one and I still don't have my points or cheque. They use to have a great customer service but for some reason its now gone down the pan. Its really making me mad though as they should not be treating us like this!

I did that earlier (signed up a new account and surprise surprise, works fine on that).

But on my proper account it tells you to log in to perks (when clicked on that link), so I request a password with perks and send me a new one to my email. Try signing in with the new password on perks.com and says it's invalid.

So I messaged perks and say's they respond in 24hrs, explained it to do with global, so hopefully were get some answers (as the problem does seem to be with perks???)

Will do, can other people message perks to?
Hopefully then it will get sorted, also go to http://www.gmi-mr.com/contact/index.php and contact them as they are global to, so they might message back and click on 'Other / General inquiry'

Thanks for that PerksPlus link, Cybi-Ping; I managed to get into PerksPlus - had to request a password reset, then login with the GMI.com email that was shown on the password reset page rather than my own email address - but once in, my GlobalTestMarket points are still there, and whilst I haven't quite got enough for a £30 Paypal payout I can at least get £30 of Amazon vouchers. Still can't login to GlobalTestMarket though.

<edit> No such luck, unfortunately. I tried to checkout and was told "We were unable to confirm your order with GMI." So £30 worth of points are there but GMI/GlobalTestMarket is preventing me from redeeming them. Unacceptable.
  • I also have same problem get the same error message when clicking redeem.I have 1090 points i have been with them for just under a month. My friend is a member and he checked his today and his works fine but i have had no joy with emailing them

I got a reply from PerksPlus, but it had the look of a form email and just said they've forwarded my inquiry to GlobalTestMarket, so I don't expect much joy there. It did tell me to let them know if I don't receive a response from GTM, though.

I haven't received anything, not even from perks

Really annoying me now, because I might aswell stop doing the survey's at moment.

P.S. Also just went to GMI and there contact form and sent a message to the 'quotes' bit for basically signing up to them as a company.

Said they wont reply any other way, so I'm sending a message to this department lol (doubt there even reply though) But can only try

Also could maybe we ask moneysavingexpert to get involved? To help us?
